I've been dealing with the Doraville location for years, and while many things have changed, one thing that has stayed the same is the customer service I receive from Dan Holmes. Dan is always very helpful and knowledgeable, and he performs his job with a smile on his face. I always leave in a good mood after dealing with Dan. You couldn't ask for a better associate!

I called ADI, was told the have what I'm looking for, and I could set up a COD account and pay for it immediately. I get to the store, and was told it takes a week to establish an account and there was no way I could purchase a simple warehouse door bell today. I asked to speak to the manager, was told they were on a phone and was made to wait 20 minutes untill she returned from lunch. So after wasting 30 minutes driving there, they wasted 20 more minutes.

This company has ZERO respect for anyone time.

We have had an account with ADI for 15 years. Lately, their service, ability to bill correctly and management have fallen apart.

We have been misbilled and double billed on several occasions. We have had to fight tooth and nail to have these billing issues corrected. There is one invoice for a fire alarm panel that we never received and we refuse to pay because, well, we never received the item and they have suspended our account over $400. If this was a legitimate charge, we would absolutely pay it, but it isn't and they do not care.

They have told us until it's paid it will not be unsuspended. We have a $9,000 order that would have been ordered today, but will be going to another company.

This is a very bad way to do business. Don't waste your time with ADI. Find other sources such as LTS, DSS and Amazon.

Before COVID hit, I honestly was getting productive work done and worthwhile consumption of navigational systems. Technical systems to up fit motels hotels and apartments even ranch systems. After covid I got mostly DEMO work orders combined with the above. Insurance prevention is better work then loss mitigation. However had a few set backs with scantronics and Hiliti and programmers paying. Being paid from Augmented and Virtual reality clients seems to be a struggle as usual. IS Anyone else having trouble collecting payments from clients? Then, our preservation accounts are not getting yards or trash hauled. Are other companies having issues with this or are they all stuck on production company and THC labs? Part of the problem we had was with Python coding laboratorys releasing facial and none facial recognition software combined with previous gate code history for apartment and gated communities. I tracked much of the activity back to a handful of production companies and "hackers" a few so called foreign groups who had never even served outside of the states much less Asia. Those same types had long been overriding the GPS units on fleet or company vehicles.

Very low quality service. I called to find out only about the availability of the product (I didn't need the price or any recommendations or technical support). The operator allegedly recorded a number of the item and said that he will call my contractor to tell him whether this item is in stock or not, because he can't discuss anything about the product with homeowners. When I asked him to repeat the number that he has recorded, he just hung up and my calls were no longer answered (thanks to caller-ID). He was not going to call my contractor and just lied to me.

Adi in my opinion has the best inventory in the Atlanta low voltage arena. The size of the company is a down fall for them. Once everyone becomes a number, no amount of inventory can make up for that feeling. Still a great resource.
