I couldn’t be more thrilled with the work done by SDS Bethel! Billy did an incredible job capturing my vision for the sign. I initially only requested text, but he went above and beyond by adding custom pop art that I didn’t even know I needed! His creativity and attention to detail made the final product so much better than I could have imagined. I’m truly grateful for the extra effort and thoughtfulness, and I highly recommend SDS Bethel for anyone looking for high-quality, professional signage.

Wonderful experience dealing with Mr. Sam Lee with SDS Bethel! Their responsiveness was simply amazing - turning around the design for a sign, having the sign made and installed - all within one week! I am thoroughly impressed with Sam and his team for their quality work and great customer service for a very fair price. Thank you Sam!

I’ve done a lot of business with these guys and have never done me wrong .. but this time they have sold me a sign that doesn’t work and I’ve tried my best to work with them to resolve the issue, but they will not take any responsibility.. it’s been months, since I’ve got the sign and installed .. no light at all .. I’ve paid over $2800 for my sign that doesn’t work .. I’m telling them that I’ll have an electrician to replace the inside lights and pay the invoice which I would have a friend to work on at a very reasonable price but they want me to give them $600 for someone to out to Nashville and blame us for the sign and charge me another $1500.. this is the last time I do business with them ..

A sign is the face of your business. SDS installed a sign that is off centered and when asked to correct the issue, they said it will cost more than 3x the initial cost of installation. What's even more frustrating is that we would have to wait al least 6 weeks before they can get back to us. Now we have to find someone else to redo their work if we want to have our grand opening as planned. If time and quality is important to your business, please look elsewhere.

My experience with Bethel Printing was nothing but quality. The staff were professional and very helpful. They delivered the best price out of all the other printing companies I found. Overall, I would recommend working with this company if you are looking for fast quality service!

I don't recommend this place. 10 months ago, I spent over $6000 at this company for my new business place. But I had to contact the another company for the finish because they didn't give me stickers for the sign which they promised. I tried contact the owner of this company several times and I explained this issue gently. However, I couldn't receive any answer after 1st apologizing message. If you are looking for a sign and printing company which you can trust, this place is not.
