The customer service is TERRIBLE. The women working in the office have horrible attitudes. They don’t greet customers , let alone ask if you need anything, they just look at you in disgust when you walk in. The 2 ladies in from were looking at their phones when I walked in, didn’t greet me or anything. They looked up from their cellphones for 2 seconds just to give me a nasty look and went back to talking about Snapchat. I was redirected to another lady with a piss-poor attitude. She looked at me like I was disturbing her day by only needing to check in & sign paperwork. I loathe coming to this port.

Now they run trains at all hours of the night instead of during the day. 3am 4am 5am through residential areas and refuse to listen to the community
