My experience with LM Granite Tops was 5 star from the start. Esmeralda helped me find something I loved within my budget. They came within a few days to make the template and even though my guys weren’t ready, they rescheduled and were wonderful about it. They were finally able to template and then installed my beautiful counter tops within a few days. They did the whole house, bathrooms and kitchen. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend you go see them if you need countertops of any kind! Thank you Esmeralda!

This was a task I had dreaded! I was so surprised and excited with how easy it was to pick out counter tops. LM Granite Tops is so efficient and professional. No 8 week turn around either! They say what they will do and then they DO IT! Staff was knowledgeable and helpful when I explained my wants and budget. Price was the best from every where I checked. This business came highly recommended from several people so I’m not sure if my experience was just a fluke or what. My experience with LM Granite Tops has been a nightmare and very unprofessional from start to finish. My first appointment was to get my counter tops measured to be replaced. They were supposed to arrive between 9-11. At 12:00 pm I called them because no one showed up only to be told that the person scheduled to come had car trouble and they would TRY to get someone else to come out. My second appointment to repair my countertops was scheduled for 9. I called this time at 8:45 to make sure they were coming and of course they were late as usual but they fixed my sink or so I thought. The installer told me and my father to not use the sink until the next evening. Imagine my surprise when we go to use the sink and water starts pouring out everywhere. We look and see that they disconnected the pipes and garbage disposal from the sink but didn’t reconnect them when they were done. I spoke to the owner Luis Montalvo who proceeded to tell me that he doesn’t have a license for plumbing so he can’t reconnect them. I asked the questions well how can you disconnect them then? Needless to say he was less than helpful and told me that there was nothing he could do and I would need to call a plumber. When I told him that I would not be paying for this service he was really done with the conversation and basically said there was nothing else for us to discuss. I normally don’t write reviews but I am beyond disappointed and extremely angry. All I can say is try at your own risk!!!!

Parts of this experience were good and parts were not. We had our laundry room countertop replaced as well as the sink and faucet. Firstly, they were very late for install…. Twice. They said they would be there in the morning to install and I had to call and they were not there until the afternoon. So I waited around for no reason. Next, I was not made aware of the fact that they don’t install sinks? They only cut a hole for them in the countertop. No one told me this! Super frustrating. Lastly, I don’t think their prices are great but I also didn’t shop around.

On a positive note, the installers were nice and their communication throughout the process was decent. The show room has a lot of options and, overall, from the time of picking out a countertop to install it was a pretty quick turnaround.
