What great customer service! John and his staff are friendly, helpful and offered speedy delivery and helped add me to a remote PO BOX. They have so many products and services for a variety of needs: postal, cards, shipping, packing, promotion and more. They are conveniently close to I95. Highly recommend.

I needed to get a TSA Precheck and they were fast and professional. What a great store. Thanks Exit 29 for having such great employees that are very good at their job and so nice. I’m recommending this place!

I wish zero stars was an option. On Thursday I called about the availability of shipping something from there to IA overnight on Sat so it would arrive Monday. At first the staff didn’t understand. Was a female, didn’t catch her name. She said overnight wasn’t possible because of Sunday. .. I said yes I know that. But it needs to be there by Monday so overnight is what I need. She looked up where it would be going and said yes they could do that. I asked what time is the cut off. She said they close at 2 on Saturday. The package I’m sending is shipped on ice so it’s time sensitive. So Saturday morning I get my box ready, arrive at the store at 12:30. The man there tells me the pick up had already happened. I was furious. This place needs better employees, more educated employees, people who have a work ethic. You shouldn’t be telling customers one thing and they plan around it to only find out you have stupid staff. I will take my business elsewhere.

My co-workers and I have all used them for high quality large-format poster and card stock prints, as well as outdoor banners. The prints/banners came out perfect and in a timely, efficient manner. On top of that, everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. Will definitely return for future business.

I went to Exit 29 Postal to get a document notarized. It was simple. The notary needed to look at my driver’s license and verify that it was me signing the document. The woman marked on the documents and messed them up. She kept saying, “I’m not an attorney but I would do this.” With legal documents you aren’t supposed to make any marks on the document that don’t pertain to you. It was clear this woman was incompetent. I replaced the ruined pages, went to another notary and had my papers notarized with no problem. I will never go to Exit 29 Postal again.

Just moved to the area and they were very close by. So glad I used their services. Needed a gift packed and shipped and Sadie could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Will definitely use their services again. BTW, they have all sorts of cards and office supplies which is a real plus.
