I went in close to closing time on March 4, 2025, because I needed to pick out roofing and stone for our new build. Catherine was on the phone when I came in but still greeted me and let me know that she'd be with me as soon as possible. She was so helpful and incredibly patient with me and didn't rush me. She took time with me, showing me different options and combinations and explaining different finishes with me. Even at 5 p.m., she wasn't rushing me. I left feeling very excited and confident about my choices. There was also another very kind man who worked there who stopped by just to check in. I was so grateful for all of their help! Thank you!

Nasty people. Would not even listen to what we are doing in Brunswick. He missed out on 700 doors 900 windows and all the other parts and pieces.

Bought a DeWalt drill for a dollar more than Home Depot had it & was out the door at the same time that you would just be walking up to the isle... then you got to find it. Good people; who don't mind going the extra mile.

Could not be more THRILLED with them!! Called both Lowe’s and Coastal Building Supply for delivery. Coastal Building Supply was 40% LESS THAN Lowe’s, charged just $10 for delivery, and delivered in under 1 hour!!!!! I will never use anyone else but them from now on. Thank you!!

Maybe very good with personal visits but very rude over the phone. If you need anything from here go into the store because the young man I spoke with on the phone was very rude. This was my first bad experience with this store

Worst customer service. I walked in no one was willing to help or even say hey how are you I mean nothing. All the employees on the inside were on their phones i mean are you 14 ? There was one older gentleman outside on a forklift that helped me after I wondered around a bit. Get it together.
