My wife and I were finally getting a week off from caring for a 95 year old mother and we were on our way from Florida to North Carolina to visit our son. Fortunately for us we were in the Brunswick, GA area when we got a check engine light and loss of power on our diesel pusher motorhome. We pulled into a parking lot to investigate and once we turned the engine off we were not able to start it again. Searching for a mobile repair on a Friday morning I found Medlock's and immediately called them to find out the mobile mechanic was out sick but the ladies behind the counter said they would get to me somehow. Mid afternoon on Friday Michael, one of the owners, came out in freezing weather. After brief analysis he found out the fuel pressure was 1000s of lbs low but got it running well enough to get it back to their shop around 3 pm. We were really getting worried that we wouldn’t get fixed by closing and of course they didn’t work on the weekend. We were going to have to cancel our whole trip if we couldn’t get back on the road but we didn't tell Michael that. Everyone was reassuring and Michael hooked up to the on-board computer and while I drove he was able to see that the problem was the fuel pressure dropping under load. We went back to the shop and they put a new set of fuel filters on and we drove again and the problem was gone. These guys are the real deal and first class when it comes to customer service. They could have easily told me that it was a major problem and wouldn’t be able to get to it until Monday and charged me a large amount but they didn’t. Instead for a very reasonable price, we were pulling out of the shop right at 5 pm Friday evening headed for our son’s. I can’t say enough good things about Michael and the entire staff at Medlock’s as they are one of the most honest and customer caring businesses I have ever dealt with. If you’re ever in the Brunswick Ga area and need diesel work, Medlock’s should be your # 1 choice

On Friday morning they towed my truck and trailer. I was empty to their facility. They have very competitive pricing for towing as they do know people in the area. But great price over all and they treat you like family.

They literally diagnosed my problem within five minutes after arriving to their facility. It was injector number six and swapped it out within the same day.

This place was very busy, but at the same time they got work done very quickly. I will for sure be doing my engine rebuild here.

The leaf springs on our travel trailer snapped while on I-95 luckily not far from Medlocks shop.They got new ones installed and got us back on the road by closing time. Everyone we met, from John, Jessica, Shelby all the mechanics were very polite and and pleasure to deal with. The price was very reasonable as well.

My wife and I were traveling home to Florida in our diesel motorhome when we noticed we had fuel coming out of the coolant overflow. I called Medlocks to see if they could take a look and see what the problem might be. After speaking with Michael on the phone I knew that this shop knew what they were doing. We got the motorhome to their shop and I explained we were not in any hurry. I met John at that time and saw how busy their shop is. Michael kept me informed as to the cost of the repairs and let me know when it was done. We just picked it up today and drove it 180 miles home and had no issues. I would highly recommend Medlocks services to anyone needing repair work on their diesel RV. These guys were professional, courteous, up-front, and honest during our entire ordeal. It is stressful enough to have these issues, but Michael and John really did put my mind at ease.

I am not usually a big review person but Medlock's deserves my effort. My encounter with Medlock's was quite unplanned and by accident. I had a major engine/fuel problem with my RV. John Medlock immediately started to diagnose our problem and it was on a Sunday, no less. He and his team committed to getting us repaired and on the road again as soon as feasible. The process they used to further diagnose and repair my problems was logical and reasonable. The repair of any diesel is frequently not cheap and that was the case for my repair but the cost was reasonable for what had to be done. As I write this, we are almost 3,000 miles down the road and my RV is running just fine. Thank you, Medlock's. I would trust John Medlock to do another repair on my RV in case you are wondering.

I used them a couple times before and everything was fine and I wanted this place to be my go to place for all my truck problems. Yet this last time I made a appointment and showed up for it and 2 hours later only 1 tire was mounted on my truck. Not balanced but just mounted. The guy made a big deal out of the size of my tires. So I told him just to put my tires in the back of my truck and go from there. I went to a place in Hinesville and they mounted and balanced them in 30 minutes without a problem. Good people here and good prices. This was the only bad experience I've had here. I think the guy working on my tires at the time just didn't know what he was doing or just didn't feel like working that day.

Owner was very knowledgeable about transmission issue i had when i broke down. He gave me a very accurate quote and completed repairs on time when he stated they were going to be done. Price was great. I'm very grateful to have found this shop online. Owner even waited on me after they closed for me to come from Tampa,Fl to pickup my vehicle.
