So far they are working with me during this hard time. I can give a better response. After I receive the truck that I'm purchasing. It has to be shipped to me. I lost everything during Hurricane Milton. I'm homeless and my truck was destroyed.//// Great news I was delivered my 2022 Silverado duramax one day earlier then promised. They are great people and have helped me in this hard time. Hurricane Milton and the flooding that came with it. I received it on 10-21-2024 in the evening. Site unseen until now. It was even better than the pictures I seen on line. You can trust this dealership. Again thank you for all your help.

Went in for a new ram 3500 but wanted to stay at a particular number on payments. They worked with us all day long to get to a reasonable price. Still alittle higher than we wanted of course but the economy isn't great. Over all not a bad experience. Very friendly and up front about everything.

Great experience! Karl Thomas was the best sales associate. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and made the process enjoyable. Waiting in the lobby for assistance, Karl approached us with a smile and handshake. He made us and our goal of purchasing a truck his priority. Our original truck purchased here in May 2024 was totalled when Hurricane Helene decided to drop an oak tree on it. Karl and the finance team made the process of purchasing another truck within our budget seamless and painless.

Overall I was satisfied with the service I received. There was only one thing that I would say needs improvement. When I made the appointment online it gave an option to leave specific details about what I wanted done during the service. I did just that so they would know exactly what I expected. Unfortunately, I do not believe they read those comments as I was told some of the work I requested could not be done because they didn't have the people that do those specific services at the dealership the day I brought my car in. If they had read my comments when the appointment was scheduled they would have had time to put those people in place for my appointment. I suggest calling to make an appointment so you can speak with a live person.

I wish I could give this service department zero stars. I brought my vehicle in for what seemed like a straightforward issue. The service advisor seemed to entirely disregard what I was saying, and they replaced the battery (tried to charge me $600+ for replacing it). When that didn't work, they wanted to change out more sensors and parts. It would have been thousands of dollars and weeks to get parts. I asked the Service Lane Manager (Brian) to please look at the issue I told them about, and he said he would. After my truck sat for 36 hours without moving, I had it towed to another dealer in Kingsland. It took that dealer 90 minutes to fix the issue, and they charged me just the diagnostic fee. What a difference in dealerships. Vaden has a $240 diagnostic fee, and they don't even pay attention to the codes. The other dealer has a $135 diagnostic fee, and they got me right back on the road. Also, Vaden removed the battery heat shield and told me I didn't need it. Well, I would like to have that back, but neither Brian nor the Service Manager (Bill) have responded to my messages. I have been to Vaden for service four times, three times; I had to reschedule or bring my vehicle somewhere else three of those times. Shame on me for going back. I feel bad for all the people who don't advocate for themselves and pay Vaden based on what they tell them. It's also no wonder Vaden is expanding their lot; they are probably raking in the money.

Edit: I see that Vaden Chrysler replied to my review here, asking me to call them. I can't respond to that review, so I'll edit this one. Really, I can't get Brian, the Service Lane Manager, or Bill, the Service Manager, to respond to a call or email, but they want me to call this number. I'm done wasting my time. Vaden has my phone number, email, and home address. They can reach out if they want to chat. I also would like the part back (Battery insulating cover) the tech took off of my truck, and Brian told me I didn't need it. Turns out I need it. Vaden, feel free to reach out. I'll comment back here if they do.
