PLEASE READ. If you're relying on reviews for a moving company - this is important to know. I hate that I even have to a give any stars to be able to write this.
I've never been more let down & frustrated with a company than T&T Moving & Packing. If you need more details, see Foster Hayes' review. I already anticipate this business/owner is going to reply to this review & try to "blame the storm" that came through for their reason of straight up NO-SHOWING us when we were closing on both of our houses on the same day... We are considerate people. We understand plans change & stuff like storms happen. What was completely NOT acceptable was that there was absolutely NO communication whatsoever. No phone call, email, letter, carrier pigeon - absolutely nothing. So, they can say what they want about "storm this" or "storm that," but a little timeline here: storm hits late Thursday night, we got power back Friday, most people here got power back by Sunday, and these people are claiming they couldn't find a single ounce of power or service anywhere from Friday - Tuesday to let ONE single client know they can no longer come. That doesn't add up to me. MANY people, including myself, went back to work by the weekend. So I'm having an extremely hard time believing that absolutely no one was able to give us a heads up. If this hasn't convinced you enough, as I'm writing this...I actually STILL personally haven't gotten a call back (even though I've been relentlessly calling) on an official explanation where the breakdown was & why they no-showed, but they're replying to reviews that it was the storm & telling me on the phone that they'll "look into it." So, it's clear that no one has an answer & they only care about cleaning up their image than taking care of the customer that they totally screwed over. For the love of all things, go with another company while you still can. If it sounds like I'm traumatized, it's because I am. #ThanksT&T

I hired T&T Moving and Packing - Brunswick to move my family and I down to Florida and the movers did an amazing job. I spoke to Michelle on the phone to book the move and get a quote and she was very helpful and professional.

I highly recommend this company. ALL of their staff are great, they always call back, always polite and professional. I was a nervous wreck during my move: I was buying a house and the paperwork was inundating. T & T helped keep me on track and were organized and non-stop. I just can’t say enough good things.

We hired T&T Moving and Packing - Brunswick to help us move from Brunswick GA. To Florida. Michelle was who I spoke with on the phone and she was extremely helpful when providing a quote and helpful as we spoke throughout the move on moving day.

I was quoted a reasonable price for my move and when it came time to pay we paid exactly what we were quoted

The movers were very friendly and professional. They didn’t take breaks until we got them some lunch once they arrived to the dropoff address. They packed and unloaded everything very nicely and put every piece of furniture exactly where we wanted it.

All together we had a great moving experience with T&T Moving and Packing - Brunswick and they definitely took the stress from moving away from us and accepted it themselves. If you’re in the Brunswick, GA / Saint Simons Island area we highly recommend this company for your moving needs!
