Jamie did an absolutely amazing job building the roof section of my wrap around deck and installing the metal roof! One of the most impressive things about the build was that he matched the roof lines! This was a major plus in my book because this shows his level of detail and commitment to satisfaction! I highly recommend that you give this young man your business!

Note: Our neighbors and HOA can confirm that a dumpster was in our driveway for the 3 weeks of the remodel (as can the bills from Pelican and Southern dumpster rental companies). When he saw me raking and cleaning debris out of the yard multiple times during the project, the helper told me that he trashed our yard because he felt it was too much work to walk to the dumpster in our driveway. We were also puzzled when he started a trash pile in our front yard grass about 10 feet from the dumpster (which I cleaned up during the project). Some of the pictures of the decking and patio taken after the completion of the remodel were done and after considerable effort was put into cleaning - in fact, when a pet-safe cleaner does not work, we switch to a stronger product. The same is true for the damage to the flooring - we cleaned it with floor cleaner before taking some of the photos.

The helper admitted, in front of the owner, to breaking the corner of the dresser when he dropped a large object that fell against the dresser and down behind it, also scraping the wall. However, as we are repainting, I did not comment here on the large black marks on the wall next to the broken marble. We had covered the top of the dresser with fleece blankets. We are fully aware of what pet damage has been done in our home and this is one of the reasons why we are spending so much money to have experts repair and remodel areas of our home. We made you aware that the flooring in the bedroom and closet were new. We had no idea that the toilet, insulation, and other supplies would be stored in our closet on some of the new flooring.

Unfortunately, as we have only had one remodel years ago in another state of a different room, we did not anticipate the impact to the adjoining rooms and this was not discussed prior to the start. We have learned a lesson in this. Our past experience with a kitchen remodel in another home was that the contractor discussed in advance with us how to mitigate the impact of the work. He also taped a heavy plastic on the floor and from the ceiling to protect as much of the surrounding area as possible. We wrongly assumed the same care would be taken in this situation or that the contractor would advise us to do more to protect our furniture, floors, patio, deck, and yard.

The new deck stairs that CGR built were exceptionally well done and it's sad that they were stained and scratched during the bathroom remodel. The tiling in the bathroom is well done and, again, it's sad for it to be overshadowed by the collateral damage.

We recently hired Coastal Georgia Renovations to remodel a bathroom. While the re-design plans and tiling are of high quality, our overall experience was disappointing.

On the first day, tools were cleaned in one of our bird baths. Sadly, this set the tone for the rest of our experience. Over 3 weeks, our bathroom cabinets, doors, closet, and bedroom floor and furniture (including a broken marble dresser top) were all damaged. Our screened porch, deck, and driveway have also been damaged. They even damaged the deck stairs that they had previously built for us. This time, construction debris was dumped around our property, even though they knew we have pets and wildlife using the yard. Additionally, the tools that they borrowed from us are covered in concrete and grout materials.

We raised our concerns multiple times, but little was done to address them. Once they demolished the shower, we could only move forward with the project and hope for the best outcome. The clean-up after the remodel was minimal, and we are left with hours of work and expense to repair our home.

Hard working professionals. Did an excellent job. We started off with just wanting to redo kitchen. Then had dinning room and living room painted as well. Six months later we got them back to do bathroom. They also built two dog houses and now they are working on my sister’s house.
