Can't say anything about the parts but renting I have a book I could write about. First that auntie tam(Uncle Tom) Ann she make renting from this company a night mare she very nasty to the heart. She makes renting very difficult. She act like she running to win for the last of the master house. I wouldn't recommend this company too rent from. Michael be better of getting his kind to run the show when it comes to renting cause putting a hood female in charge was the worst thing he could do. She makes it difficult for the black race but I can imagine what she do for the whites just saying do better for your tenants especially when you're getting all our damn money 😡🤬
