DOCO tax department, PLEASE have a decent individual answer the phone. This, "I told you, what did I say" is so rude and unprofessional. If you don't feel like answering questions, don't answer the phone. No wonder ALBANY is going down. So unprofessional!

For work I had to go there, as it turned out it was Good Friday. They were working with a limited staff. But wait time was not that 15 minutes. And the ladies were very helpful in what I needed. The one lady stop everything she was doing to make sure I got what I needed for business taxes. It was very much appreciated. The whole trip took about 45 minutes.

Impossible to get human assistance unless you go stand in line for at least an hour. The voicemail box has been full forever. I recommend calling the surrounding counties’ for assistance.

I went to the tax & tag department this week and there was only one person in line ahead of me and two people being waited on. There were at least two clerks sitting there talking to each other while ignoring us. After the customers that were in line were waited on and left it took almost ten minutes before I was acknowledge to come their window. I have never seen terrible customer service like this in the Tax/Tag office. I thought that they were unprofessional.

You can’t get anybody that wants to do their job…. IF they answer, you get put on hold and nobody returns. Absolutely ridiculous…..

Went in to get a tag for my truck, the lady was very nice and quick. Was in and out the door in 15 minutes, even with a line in front of me.

I can never ever ever get anyone to answer the phone. EVER! The supervisor is on vacation, always. Director Shauna Jocie never answers either! I bet they are cashing that check though!
