When it’s time to renew anything they take their time but will be quick to turn benefits off if you miss a phone call. They send out letters for phone appointments late and lie and say they called when they haven’t. Some will help you and that’s not often. Some will say idk what to tell you I’m just telling you what I see on my end.

They never answer phones give out all these phone numbers but no one answer or calls back. Every time it’s time to renew it’s a headache. I complete my renewal on time but don’t get an answer nor call. I have to hunt them down to do their job. I do my part do your job. This process is ridiculous and stressful. It’s not good for someone who has medical issues and then to add stress on top of it. Do better and DO YOUR JOB!

The worst, the worst ,the worst, had to canceled my kids dr.'s Apts cuz they can't get their stuff together...they are not for the people or people's families, they are only there for a pay check. Give or take some of the reps that you talk to when entering the building are nice and tries to pass your information to the ones they are supposed to, but the ones who don't call you or call back, them the ones ain't no good. And the call numbers are a joke.. these case workers that work from home ain't doing nothing but sitting on their behinds doing nothing, ignoring your calls, ignoring your voice-mail, or the front office people messages, yet the ones who can't get food stamps best belive these case workers are.

Let’s be honest. They don’t answer the phone, the case workers sit at home and forward calls all day and never return them and god forbid you call the supervisor and they don’t answer for a month straight. There portals go down entirely to much and y’all expect us to just do your job and figure it out. How is Georgia behind in helping people receive there benefits? That’s cause the staff is lazy and they give you the run around instead of doing the job they get paid to do.

They never answer the phone and they don’t care whose family get hurts in the process. I have kids, and they are hungry because the workers here don’t care. I completed the renewal almost a month ago, it states approved, and no one will contact me back or release the food stamps for my family. They are the most disgusting company I have ever had to deal with. They don’t care about anything or anyone but themselves. Needs new employees immediately and managers. If I could give zero stars I would, I hope an pray that it’s not your family who has to deal with them next. Because they are proactively working against the people of Dougherty county.
