I ordered something for my brother for his birthday and when finalizing the order, I realized the ship to address was incorrect. I went back in and changed the ship to address to my brother's address, however, it must not have saved and the product was shipped to me. I did not realize this until the day before it was to be delivered. I called 2 days later to simply ask if they might have a coupon so I could order another tin for my brother and the agent was so kind as to send another order without charging me again. She asked that I call immediately if that ever happened again so they might be able to do something about it before it is actually delivered. I was pleasantly surprised that she was so kind to do that. I will definitely order again to support this family owned business.

Received a can of nuts item number 918 no salt from a friend. All nuts are rancid. Really awful!!! Trash it went.

Update: called 1-800 number and talked to 2 of customer service reps for less than a minute. they kept pushing me to the next rep and unable to answer the question as to where to find expiration date on the package. stay away from their nuts products. poor customer service.

Terrible Customer Service!
My mother used to send me and my siblings 5 pounds of roasted, salted mammoth pecan halves every year for Christmas. We loved them! My mother has passed away, and I missed getting those delicious nuts. I ordered 5 pounds of pecan halves, but I mistakenly ordered raw nuts instead of roasted and salted nuts. As soon as they arrived I ate one nut and realized my mistake. I live in a tiny apartment with a minimal kitchen, with no oven except for a toaster oven. When I contacted customer service they said there was nothing they could do. While I understand that they can't resell the nuts I bought, under the circumstances they should send me a replacement order, or a gift certificate. It was an honest mistake, and I'm upset because I live alone and will wind up throwing the nuts away.
There are times when customer service should rectify a mistake. Costco sends a replacement for perishable items right away!
Not a merry Christmas this year.

Quality products always, the freshest nuts, delicious chocolate. Try the Pecan Carmel Clusters, 100 times better than See's.

Best Georgia pecans ever and family owned and run for generations. Shelled pecans, cakes, pralines, milk and dark chocolate candies, assorted nuts and granola... great gifts and save some for yourself, it's that good! Great customer service and savings on bulk orders like a bag of orange cinnamon pecans, dark chocolate turtles, and individually wrapped pralines. Excellent quality and many choices, it's irresistible once you taste Sunnyland pecans!!!

For many years I have been a customer of Sunnyland. Growing up my Dad had pecan trees and they were great nuts. I will tell you that Sunnyland pecans equal his nuts or perhaps even better. I have had several other products they offer. Their pralines are so delicious. There customer service is the best. Being a family owned business they show their devotion to their customers. I have no complaints & highly recommend Sunnyland Farms.
