Dawn Hazel and the whole Five Star Team at Albany Chrysler did an amazing job helping us get through issues with our first time purchase (even though that was my dream truck) but after having to trade it for another due to unforseen circumstances Dawn and the team worked their butt's off yet again to make sure we were satisfied. We ended up with the 2023 Dodge Laramie and they didn't disappoint. It was round 2 but they accomplished all my expectations! I recommend this deals hip and team 100%!

My son purchased a 2011 Dodge Ram Truck with 93,000 miles on Thursday evening 2/7/2025 plus when arrived the truck was not cleaned and it was sent back 3 times for them to clean it then forth time my son told them he was tired of waiting and the sales person who sold my son the truck apologized for the inconvenience and on Saturday evening 2/9/2025 all types of issues starting popping up on this dashboard 4x4 service, transaction control, ABS, neutral light flashing, the truck would not go into 4 wheel drive, and he can’t use cruise control. Since the dealership was closed on Sunday we decided we would call them on Monday. We started calling them at 10:00 am and was forwarded to manager voice so naturally messages we left but no call back. Once my son called and receptionist I assume asked him are you the young man who brought the 2011 Dodge Ram and asked for phone number and advised she would give it to the manager. So around 5 o’clock we called again and spoke with 2 different people in sales and they transferred us to someone voicemail to leave a message again. So we decided not to that so I drove from Americus to Albany to to the dealership. I was greeted by John Holloway and I explained to him what the situation was and he took me into his office advising no one had told him about us calling about the truck. He then looked at the bill of sale and advised me that truck was as is and said that’s why I tried to get you all to get a warranty. With him making that comment to makes me feel the dealership knew there was issues with the truck. He then told me you all need to get a mechanic and get it fix. I understand when buy something used that it may have some issues but my problem is 2 days later you have all these types of issues and the he did nothing to try and resolve the issues but tell me to take it to a mechanic to have the truck fix. The dealership knew that truck had all those issues before they sold it to my son thru the diagnostic testing. I truly feel they cleared those codes because there is no way that truck would have that many issues with 200 miles put on the truck. Whether we got the warranty or not that truck should not have had that many issues if it was just purchased 2 days ago. The customer service in this matter is Zero. I would not recommend them to no one. This is worst experience I have ever had with purchasing a vehicle new or used. What type of dealership treat its customers like this.

The Service Department performed some significant warranty work on my wife's Jeep last week to repair an oil leak. I was very impressed by how the service advisor (Chance) called me several times to keep me informed about the problem the maintenance technician had discovered, what was required to repair it, the status of parts that had been ordered, and when the technician expected the vehicle to be completed. The vehicle was actually available sooner than predicted.

Although no one is happy when their vehicle is in the shop several days for warranty work, I was exceptionally pleased with everything that the Service Department did to get our Jeep repaired as soon as possible and to keep me informed on the repair status.

I bought a 2024 Hyundai Elantra. I’m loving the car so far. I initially talked with John on the phone and he assured me that my needs would be met. When I got to the dealership John greeted me and introduced me to Joseph. I hope I’m spelling his name correctly. He was incredible even though they were extremely busy on this day. I just want to thank the 2 of them and the whole team for their hard work and professionalism. I highly recommend going to see them if you’re looking to buy a new car.

I bought my car from another dealership and it needed a repair.They said to go ahead to the dealership in Albany so that I did not have to drive back to Tallahassee and wait for that repair and they would cover it.

I should have just done that.The first time I walk in, Rasheeb greets us, just to straight answer the phone in my face. I got my car diagnosed and the price.I needed an official estimate sent to my dealership. So, when I call back to let him know it needs to come directly from the dealership, he asks me what he is suppose to do.Excuse me? I said you need to email them the paperwork.

I never hear anything from both dealerships (we had some crazy weather between then too) for a few days, so I call back my original dealership, they have the invoice from Chrysler and the service guy at my original dealership says he will get it taken care of (authorizing payment) they had heard nothing else from Chrysler in Albany.

He calls me back an hour later to say he has called 3 or 4 times and the lady at the desk keeps sending him to service and no one will answer. The lady at the desk said Rasheeb, was at his desk, transferred the call, and it was still not answered. He is the one who I’ve had to deal with.

After calling two different times to speak to a manager the next day, I finally got a call back.Rasheeb finally calls back to set up an appointment to get the car fixed.
I get my appointment set up to have my car fixed only to get here and he said he didn’t know the dealership was in Tallahassee and he no longer had any of the information to call the guy he talked to.

It’s been weeks of this and I’m over it.I’ll go elsewhere to have my care serviced or repaired from here out.

Also, updated, they told me it would take an hour to fix, a first thing in the morning appointment.I get there, like I said, he has NO INFORMATION.NONE.NOTHING! I have to be at work, I have to take my husband to work.The other dealership didn’t open until 11 to authorize payment but, I don’t work at Chrysler.I had no idea what they need on their offices end and apparently Rasheeb doesn’t either.

This has been the WORST experience I have ever had at a dealership with the office staff.I had to leave and my camera still isn’t replaced and I will have to go elsewhere.

After several attempts to purchase a Ram 1500 Limited across the nation I reached out to 5 star of Albany, GA. After some discussion I reached an amazing deal with Coryn and Skip. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely professional during the purchasing process.

I'll also add that Andre of the finance department was awesome as well. He was professional and engaging and extremely knowledgeable.

While there we also had the service department do some work on my nephew's truck that we drove down from SC. They were extremely nice and had the work finished promptly for a reasonable price. I can't remember the ladies name I dealt with at the counter but she was professional and courteous even at the late hour.

I highly recommend this dealership even if you aren't in South Georgia. I drove over 5 hours for the purchase passing many other dealers along the way. I didn't regret one mile, one minute of my time or even the speeding ticket we received. It was well worth the trip.
