Buyers Beware

Ask for the Official Contract to be gone over before you sign anything or else you will be paying a financing fee over double the cost of the shed without knowing prior to signing.

They will give you a delivery time then give you the run around . Expect to wait weeks for it to actually be delivered.

The communication is overall poor .

Got a shed at their st marys location and was told a price and payment. What i wasn't told was it was a 72 month payment and I also had a lease fee. They withheld a whole bunch of information at the time of purchase. Also never got a copy of anything when I got it, had to call and find out what the hell was going on before I got a copy of the contract. Would not recommend at all. Now I know the reason they have so many repos

Truckers. Nice people Easy unload. No overnight parking but down the road is a store u can park at details in photos. Open for unload at 7am. They do have a gate and is locked overnight.

My Experience was excellent. I dealt with Derrick from InstaShed of Douglas. Derrick really went above a beyond to take care of me. I done a custom order on a building and the whole process was so smooth. I was a little out of their area but Derrick worked it all out. I did have to wait for a few extra days on the delivery but once it was delivered it was worth the extra wait as the Quality of the building exceeded my expectations.
And the Delivery Guy Joe also done an excellent job. I will definitely recommend Derrick to everyone who's looking for a portable building.
And I would not hesitate to do business with him again as I did even order a 2nd building from him.
Overall I would rate my experience well above 5 stars. Derrick thank you so much for the excellent experience and going so well above and beyond. Look forward to my next purchase.

Corey was who we worked with. His communication and willingness to always respond as prompt as possible was appreciated. He helped answer my million questions which isnt easy! 😅 I definitely recommend working with them and buying! He was very patient with me. My shed was built in 9 business days and would have been delivered on the 13th but due to my unavailability yet, it will be delivered on day 18 which was my recommended time once could be available. Ive seen pics of shed and looks exactly as I asked and ordered. Cant wait to see it in person and to use it! 💚

I got a shed from here have had trouble from day one . No never contacted me for a delivery date . Then when it got here the door lock wasnt on the inside part of handle . I have been trying for two months to get them back out here to move it because it on property line and no one answers my call or my messages . Bad business if you ask me , I know I have to pay to have it moved but I need to talk with someone there to get it moved and a sure date on that. Thank you LaVerne Parks Pembroke ,Ga.

If I had a option I wouldn't even give a star i do not recommend buying a building from them they are not helpful at all and when u call they always say gotta call u back and they never do and I was told a certain price per month on my building but after I got it it was 60 dollars more a month on the price I was told
