The lady in the front office was very pleasant. Nice drivers lounge. We where lucky and had a drop and hook. Drivers - once you come in - park in an empty spot to your left. Check in is at the first door on right under overhang. Drivers lounge is in-between dock 5 and 6 - front door.

Been here several times. Lady at front window had a major attitude and don't dare show up before 15 mins. To appointment or you'll get sent away. Getting loaded takes 4-6 hours, ridiculously long!

This time I was loaded fast, missed my appointment they worked me in and got me loaded in a hour, last time it took 5 hours. Lady at front desk is always nice.

Maybe they have changed their ways since the past reviews because I just pickup up a load from them in March 2018 and the office lady was very nice to deal with and they loaded me quickly. Absolutely no complaints.

Since I walked into the door, the female sitting behind the counter 5/25/17 @ 3pm....has been ever so rude, refusing to load me...the driver in front of me ran into the same loading issue but she loaded him. I called dispatch, went back into the office and she continued to look busy as if I wasn't even standing there. She made sure to keep running out the door to smoke her cigarettes ..never will I take this run AGAIN...people like her misereable little self continues to low key jealous hate on us and uses what little authority she has to make our job even more difficult...pray for people like her, she's bad for business. As a female, she's a disappointment.

This place sucks. Loading times are super slow. Got here at 10 am was told that my loading appointment is at 2:30 pm told me to wait. They put me in a door around 4 got loaded at 1 at night. Thats crazy

Was 1 min late do to trks coming in n out of lot. They say I missed appointment and will have to be fit in. Ez backing but small lot if busy.

Lady at the desk was pleasant. Be careful if you get dock 13. It’s a blind side back. All in all would come back.
