They built a 2012 car hauler for me. Doors work fine until it is loaded then they bind and will not open. Leaks developed almost immediately. I had to pay $3,000 just to get it to work correctly. My own fault for shopping price instead of quality.

Bought a 16 x 7 trailer of theirs a couple years ago. Noticed the panels rattling a lot. Turns out over half of the self tapping screws were stripped. Poor quality control... Screw guns were not set properly at the factory resulting in gross over tightening. I have replaced over 120 screws with the next size up.

Worst trailer company. Don't buy a Lark. Their warranty is bull trap. Most of these pictures on here of a green trailer are mine they took down my last review but left the pictures some adding another review. Lark is a terrible terrible company. Buy any other trailer out there.

My trailer suspension collapse less than a year into owning my trailer. Larke told me that I put too much weight in my trailer, All of my equipment weighs less than 1100 pounds. So you're telling me a 20' trailer you can't even put 2 atvs in? They Never even looked at my trailer, I'm in Colorado and there in Douglas Georgia. They don't stand behind their work all the screws are broken off in the walls.

Just a very poor company, And the guy in charge of the warranty D.L. is full of it.

I posted a picture of a text d.l. sent me.... bent over backwards, Still haven't gotten a single thing fix from them.

The worst trailer manufacturer I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. At first the trailer was fantastic I loved it, I was going to switch my three trailers all to Lark trailers. Then the issues occurred, my frame was bending from the weight of a stand on lawn mower, that’s unbelievable, due to the frame bending the floor was sinking and breaking. But as long as it is covered under the warranty, it’s all fair, I’ve only owned the trailer for just over a year so there is zero reason for this to be happening.

I contact T.J. About my warranty and send in pictures, and then I hear nothing back. After 5+ calls, and 4 emails I hear nothing from him or anyone. Then I call the main office number and repeatedly get lied too about how they are looking for my file and everyone who handles anything to do with warranties is out of the office. It shouldn’t be this hard to resolve the issue! This is absolutely ridiculous! I’ve never had such terrible customer service!

My suggestion to anyone looking for a good trailer with a company that backs its customer, literally any other manufacturer will treat you better than Lark United. They’ve shown they don’t care about there customers, they just want to sell a bad product and then your on your own when things go wrong. No wonder why my dealer keeps such low inventory of lark trailers.

Don’t know what everyone complaining about this place is awesome! They built me a 34 foot Custom enclosed trailer, give me the best of quality and hard work! The trailer is awesome service was great! Dustin there sales man is jamming, very nice and Knowledgeable about trailers. Talk to him he will take care of you!
If you people don’t like em they don’t lose sleep they where very busy there with lots of trailers going in and out of there yard. Thank you lark trailer for building such a Magnificent custom enclosed trailer.

Zero stars! I don't know how these people are still in business. My brother bought a trailer made in Texas and swears its the best cargo trailer he's ever owned. I bought one out here in Georgia and I feel like I should have went to Texas.... Creaking, back door is broke and the brakes don't work, they keep blowing the fuse on my truck. Warranty at Lark Georgia is useless.

Trailer is less than 2 mo's old, screws falling out of it, all the paint is flaking off of tongue.... i looked underneath and there are bare spots on my frame... All my lights are crooked the trim isn't even cut straight.... was this a Friday night special? Contacted warranty and it took them 3 weeks to even return a call and still no help.... Buyer beware! Look elsewhere!

HORRIBLE TRAILERS!!!!!! And company.. DO NOT BUY trailer from this company.. Yes they are cheap trailers but quality is low and customer service warranty is horrible, never answer their emails. They built out a trailer for mea give me the wrong specification and measurement, i suspected and hired someone who knows what they are doing to check their work and it was all wrong. They promised to fix the trailer but it took days and weeks until that happens. they care less about your time or business, and they will lie to your face.. If you want to wast your money and buy something cheap with problem after purchase then choose Lark trailer.
