I have been a consistent costumer over the years for this company’s services. Two years in a row they have made a mistake on a personalized embroidery, usually a spelling error. Now I wasn’t upset about the mistake, I just wanted it fixed if possible. They consistently blamed my daughter, who never claimed not to have made a mistake. But just as how she can own up to maybe missing the spelling error, they too also missed the spelling error and she wrote down the correct spelling. I also dislike how instead of finding a solution they want to play the blame game. All this to say, their customer service is horrible and disrespectful. I would not recommend going here unless if you want terrible service without any consideration. They consistently display lack of care for who their consumers are. Do not go here!! Please go somewhere they have good customers service and care for the their business. This business needs to be closed . They also charge you more . Terrible customer service

I've been getting custom Masonic hats made from this location for the past 5 years. Today I went to get a Masonic hat made for my Father and the quality precision and customer service was terrible. The compass was off centered and his technician even pointed it out. The owner refused to even admit that it was off centered. Instead of providing me with a satisfactory product...he immediately threw the hat down and offered to give me my money back. I took the money and left. Before I left... I reminded him that I send a lot of customers to him being that I am a member of the Masonic Order as well as a Greek Fraternity Member. His reply was, "We don't need you or your referral's business". PLEASE TEACH THIS COMPANY THE IMPORTANCE OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY NOT SUPPORTING/SHOPPING AT THIS BUSINESS LOCATION. I WILL PROVIDE ANOTHER MONAGRAM/STITCH/EMBROIDERY SHOP LOCALLY HERE IN DOUGLASVILLE GA.
