This company is horrible... their return policy is ridiculous...I had to return the 2 filters I bought. The customer service person gave me an address to mail the filters to.. when I went to the post office the address was not valid. I called customer service while I was at the post office... the filterpro customer service person said to just mail to the address even though the post office worker said the address wasn't valid. I
mailed the package even though the post office said it wasn't valid. I never got my refund

After receiving a damaged, UPS crushed the box, on my first order I contacted FilterPro and told them that I was very disappointed. Quickly, I was contacted by the co-owner Jason and he was very concerned and sent us a new box which we received and are now using! Stopped in to ask about a filter for my home. The lady in the office was new at the time so she ask a guy to help. I believe the guy was new also. Had no clue what was talking about I think he was more concerned about his preppy looks than his work. I wanted to tell him his pants where way to short with his brogan shoes.
According to him after he walked back towards his office I over heard him say I didn’t know what I was talking about but I guess my 25 years in HVAC experience didn’t count.
He stated he was the so called vp but heck seems these days all the kids that graduate think they are.
