In addition to providing exceptional Rifles, the Bergara US team is available to assist. I called customer service today to get some detailed Rifle configuration questions answered so my family could purchase our second Bergara Rifle. We currently own a B-14 HMR in .308 pictured here with the Leopold scope. It's a "Tack Driver". Looking for a lighter mountain hunter with longer range and going to purchase a Bergara 7mm PRC. Robby of Bergara spent considerable time with me and provided detailed answers on a variety of questions to my complete satisfaction. Great rifles, great support and great people. "Pulling The Trigger" on our second Bergara. Thank you!

I have a B-14 HMR in 308 that shoots ~1.5 MOA 5-shot groups with the recommended match ammo.
I told Bergara about it, they sent out a shipping label, and I shipped it out to them. They fired a couple 3-shot groups through the gun (one of which was 0.98 MOA) and sent the rifle back without touching it or even bothering to tell me they were sending it. I would have gladly paid them to do a more in-depth investigation but there was no communication whatsoever and I wasn't given that option.
I was away on vacation when the person feeding our cat said we'd received multiple delivery failure notices from UPS. The rifle was nearly returned to sender. I had to pay UPS to hold it. When I got back from vacation, I was excited to see if they fixed the gun but was very let down when I saw that they simply noted that it met their accuracy guarantee (which it barely did with a 0.98 MOA 3-shot group...But sure...It did...technically...by 1/50th of an MOA...Which I'm sure could of gone the other way too), that they retorqued the action screws (which were already torqued to their spec with a calibrated torque wrench), and that's it. I was hoping maybe retorquing the action screws had helped somehow but, unsurprisingly, that did nothing and it shot just as poorly as before. Meanwhile, I have a Tikka CTR which costs ~the same and averages < 0.5 MOA for 5-shot groups with pretty much everything I feed it. Anyway, both the performance of the rifle and the customer service experience has been very disappointing to me. I was so excited when I first got this rifle based on the rave reviews. Unfortunately, I have really nothing good to say about Bergara or their products. I would rebarrel the rifle but the only cost effective way to do it would be to have Bergara do the replacement with one of their own. I'm definitely not doing that because 1. I don't trust the quality of their barrels and 2. I'm not paying them to rebarrel a gun that shouldn't require a rebarrel to shoot properly.

Stellar customer service!

Paid a premium for one of 200 Bergara “Small Batch” M40s at a Sheels in Salt Lake City. The Scheels staff broke one of the latches on the included case. After not being able to find any spare latches for sale online I contacted Bergara who answered my email almost immediately. They asked for photos and then were willing to replace the latch completely for free including shipping.

I responded with my mailing address but didn’t hear back or receive a package in ~2 months so I reached out again to touch base. Again, customer service responded within 24 hours and told me that they didn’t get my original mailing address email, but would send out TWO latches that day. I received the package at my off-grid cabin on the Montana/Canada border less than a week later.

I bought a Bergara Premier Approach which is their custom shop line.... not cheap. Prints 2-2.5 MOA, and only goes bang about 90 percent of the time. I sent it in, almost six months later I get it back with a broken stock covered in sludge... it looked like it sat under their lathe for all six months. They did send me a new stock, but it still doesn't shoot the promised 1 MOA and I still get light strikes. Now they won't return my calls or emails. I am going to pay a gunsmith out of pocket to make my brand new $1800 rifle go bang every time I pull the trigger, then all three of my Bergaras are going on GB.

They used to be great. a few years ago when I had an issue with my first Bergara, they solved it instantly.

Bought my last bergara. Picked up a B14 last week and when I went to mount a scope I noticed the picatinny rail wouldn't sit flat on the action. So I contacted bergara and they told me they haven't ever had that problem. Then later messaged me and said they had a shim that would fix it. They said that was the only fix they could do. I'm not a fan of having to put on shims to mount a scope on a new rifle. My gunsmith says it will need a new action to fix it.

I had some damage to the stock of my B14 Timber. I was understandably upset as it seemed to just be the 1 in a 1,000,000 fluke that split it. Bergara got in contact with me very quickly and collected information to send a replacement. I’m happy with the fast and efficient customer support. I will continue to do business with them.

I purchased a B14R 22LR and it grouped like a shotgun at 100 yards and would not fire 3 out of 5 attempts, (I used only Match grade ammo) how could this rifle get out of the factory like that? they have a sub-MOA guarantee, the best I could get it to group is a little over 3 inches. I sent it back to Bergara to be checked, that was 6 weeks ago. I called Bergara support to get an update at 4 weeks and 6 weeks and got the same response (it has been assigned to a gunsmith and should go out next week)
But it did not!

Recently purchased my first Bergara rifle (B14 Ridge Rifle 22-250)
A good friend purchased the HMR in 6.5 at the same time. The quality and craftsmanship has exceeded both of our expectations. After shooting the first few shots, we immediately realized just how precise these barrels are.
Bergara exceeded our expectations by far!
