We used Keystone Millworks for a project in Florida. They were a pleasure for us to work with. They help re-design a very tough space in our kitchen and even helped with bath vanities. The finish quality is beyond what our expectations were. They even installed custom hardware at all locations.

Unfortunately never heard back from Jim. First contacted on January 21st and found his responses unprofessional but chalked it up to him being busy. Gave my address, was told he’d reach out etc. since he was traveling to projects the week of the 20th and partially the week of the 27th. Reached back out on Jan 27th - it’s now February 13th and I’ve yet to receive a reply unfortunately. Their work looks great but their communication and customer service needs improvement.

Update: I am disappointed in the dishonest reply below. After you mentioned you all did not do renovations I replied "Hi Jim,

I was just giving context to what we are doing to our home, not looking for you all to do the renovations for our home. We'd like new cabinets for the kitchen, built-ins in the great room, closets (if you all do those) and bathroom vanities."

You then replied "Now I understand…what is your address? This is definitely something we can assist you with depending on your budget. I am out of town this week and most of next week on projects but I am happy to meet with you after that. Thank you!" To which I replied and gave you my address then received no reply.

Then on January 27th I emailed again "Hi Jim,

Just wanted to circle back here on potential next steps. Also, once we decide on design, what is the typical timeline for completion?

To which I received no reply. I've attached photos below now because I do not appreciate dishonesty in a business.

Being in the business of owning Ansley Real Estate that sells luxury homes across the state of Georgia and personally selling some of the top homes in the State - when we set out to build our dream home on the coast of Georgia I was very picky with the vendors. Keystone Millworks has the absolute best in class in every category. Their design, installation and quality are second to none. The communication with Jim Sissine who oversaw our project was excellent. The entire experience way beat all of my high expectations.

We recently completed a full kitchen renovation with custom cabinetry from Keystone Millworks, and could not be happier with the finished product. The cabinetry is beautiful! I had a specific vision for the kitchen going in to the renovation, and collaborating with Jim and Joslynn at Keystone Millworks to bring that design to life was a seamless process - throughout the design and install, they were prompt with their responses and worked with my builder to have the cabinetry installed in a (relatively) quick turn-around time.

While the cabinetry is beautiful to look at, some of my favorite features are those hidden inside - the drawer pegs for holding dishes in place, the hidden coffee bar with custom drawer for organizing coffee/tea accessories, and the spice drawer right next to my range - all of these lend to a kitchen that is not only lovely, but highly functional as well.

We have lived in previous homes with custom cabinetry, but none of it compares to the quality and functionality of our Keystone Millworks cabinetry. I know we have a kitchen that will look and function beautifully for years to come!
