Towards the end of last year, I encountered an unfortunate situation where my dryer needed to be replaced. My daughter, who had recently made a successful purchase of a washer and dryer set from a local establishment, highly recommended their services to me. Based on her positive experience, I decided to purchase a dryer from the same establishment. I am pleased to report that I have been thoroughly satisfied with both the product and the exceptional customer service provided by the establishment.

Regrettably, my washer also malfunctioned recently, prompting me to revisit the same establishment for a replacement. Once again, I was impressed by their reasonable prices, outstanding customer service, and efficient delivery service. I can always find what I need here. Top quality, clean, and they deliver. I've used them before when purchasing a double oven, brand new. Purchased a like new washing machine and dryer, glass top. I will continue to do business with them and would recommend them for appliance needs..

I got an use dryer from them. The dryer looks brand new and it was delivered the same day. The store is clean and the appliances are clean and in very good condition. The salesperson was courteous, respectful and friendly! He delivered my dryer and took the one that was not working with him. Excellent experience!

Walked in and asked for washer and dryer sets, we were told prices and we chose our set. Paid cash and our washer and dryer was delivered 20 minutes later. I asked the man if the dryer had 3 or 4 prong plug and he said they would supply us with the appropriate one upon installation. Everything was delivered and set up, given a test run, and we were given a 6 month warranty. One week and 4 loads of laundry later and we are very happy with our purchase. It was the easiest thing I did that entire week. I will always recommend appliance gallery. Our set was Kenmore, and was $350 even, with cash.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a decently priced washer and dryer set. I came into the Appliance gallery and was able to receive amazing service within 10 min. My washer and dryer were delivered promptly the next day. When I had an issue with my dryer ( a simple cord was knocked loose) they sent a tech right out to repair it. 10/10 highly recommend it. Great service, prices.

This is my new appliance store when I need something. I came in Friday I wish I asked the ladies name behind the desk who sold me my washing machine she was very very nice and helpful. My washing machine was delivered on time Saturday the delivery guy was awesome. He set up my washer,checked for leaks and gave me a tutorial on how to use my washer. I highly recommend appliance gallery. I will be returning for a refrigerator. Thank you to all the helpful staff!

It was a good experience at first they did fix what was wrong with the dryer but what wasn't brought to my attention is that instead of fixing it right the first time before selling they patched it together just to sell it. But it did last 2 years
