On January 29th, 2025 we held a town hall at the Sheraton Myrtle Beach and Convention Center for over 100 of our members. Jarrin Production Services was our AV provider and Luis did an amazing job in his preparation and set-up of the AV equipment in the room, he was very personable and provided excellent instructions for using the equipment, which I might add was of excellent quality and worked perfectly during the meeting. Luis also went out of his way and assisted us in bringing in additional seating for our guest which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend using Jarrin Production Services and would add that anyone that contracts or uses Luis will not be disappointed rather very happy with his support and service. Luis, Virginie and their team were amazing to work with. I normally use the hotel AV services for all of my conventions. However, when JPS reached out with a great quote for services I was curious. After the one-on-one call to discuss their services, I was sold. They seemed to have every aspect lined up and offered suggestions to enhance our presentations. I was able to provide them much of the PowerPoint presentations and soundtrack for the song during our memorial service. On-site, they were there before me each day, managed the AV seamlessly throughout the three-day event, and were there to close out the convention. Each speaker's presentation was cued up and ready, helping us stay on schedule throughout. I would highly recommend JPS to anyone needing AV support, for a worry-free production.

I was fortunate to work with the JPS team at a 600-person conference in Charlotte, NC. The team was prepared, adaptable, friendly, and easy to work with. As one of the emcees and planners of the conference, I knew the importance of having A/V services go just right. This team was professional and was able to manage both large rooms (600 people) and breakout rooms (100-200 people) for audio and projection needs. I was so appreciative for their attention to detail and communication to our speakers and panelists. They set the stage just how we needed it for each session, and they had all needed equipment. I can't wait to work with this group again. They were a great asset to our mental health conference. I found their services to be affordable as well, much less than other quotes that came in.
