Not only are they way overpriced by 30 to 40% but I had made something to years ago which was sitting in the corner collecting dust had a miscommunication with the "manager" when I started to call the owner to let him know I took what was mine which he agreed it was mine. I was custom out and told never to come back. I honestly don't see how they stay in business but I guess if you don't pay your taxes and right off every little thing you can do that. There is no professionalism there whatsoever you call order something and it's not even ready when they tell you it's ready which I've lost jobs over fortunate for me I have found better quality for a cheaper price. The owner on the other hand is a great person and I have the upmost respect for him but he can't be there to watch over the people who have no idea what they're even selling

I needed glass for some display cabinets that were damaged during a move. I called the Glass Supply House and they were very polite and informative, they cut the pieces per my measurements, I took them home and the fit great.
I hope I don’t need to replace and more broken glass, but if I do I know where I go!
