So I ordered the esse chaise three weeks ago. Let me start by saying the product is fine but the company is just horrible. I was going to order this with the flip stage because we are a taller couple. I was told the flipstage was on backorder and couldn't be ordered. So I ordered the chaise for now. Then after being told the chaise was in stock it actually was on backorder as well. Then they said when i get charged for the chaise it means its being shipped. So i got charged and they shipped me the free gift but no chaise. Then I was told for over a week it would ship in 24-48 hours. Then finally on a Friday was told it was shipped out and gone all ready with UPS. Then I never received a tracking number so I contacted them to get this. The tracking number did not work. Then UPS emailed me that my order was picked up on the following Monday and in route. I felt a little lied to but whatever. Then when I asked about the flipstage after getting my chaise I was told the flipstage was discontinued now. So the whole reason the chaise would work for us is no longer an available product. So now I have to figure out how to raise it up which means I have to either build a platform or find something else to work with the same random dimensions. So frustrating! I can't even return the product to Then because it is opened all ready and set up. I don't know what happened lied to for a sale, bad service, no department communication, all of the above.
