EVO! On the first of every month, you have been pulling money out of my checking account since 2017. In addition there are annual fees. I'm out over $4,000 and your senior support representative only offered a refund of $302.50. This is unacceptable. It has been verified by your team that I do not have a contract with you! For months now, I can't seem to get anyone at a high level to look at my case. Beyond frustrating.

***Update I have been in touch with the Georgia Attorney General and my Congressman Drew Drew Ferguson*** Trying to put together a Class Action Suit against this company we need to know others who they have taking money of your account without your consent or permission.

f there was a zero, This company is the worst. Stay away from this rip off company they cost me 5k. Anyone interesting in getting a class action suit against this company, please get in contact with, They took money out of my checking without permission for years. After I closed this account years ago. I know I am not the only one this has happen to.

This company apparently has been debiting my personal checking account for the past several months claiming I use them for bank card processing. First, I've never heard of this company. Second, I've been using Elavon Merchant Services since 2008, never this company. I spoke to one of their representatives and asked why I am being charged by their company and was told it was for my bank card processing fees. I asked for a record of all charges processed through them and was told there are none. Obviously! Because I don't have an account with them!
But, this company has been debiting my account for over $70 a month for several months and some fees over $143! The supervisor of EVO has not returned any phone messages and the "application" they claim to have on file has my wife's personal information and a forged signature from my wife, who is not an officer or employee or able to sign any documents for my company and never had. This is a serious problem. I've contacted an attorney. Anyone else with a similar issue, please respond. Class action lawsuit anyone

This company is absolutely ridiculous! We had our terminal a whole month maybe when they tacked on so many fees that out of 140.00 worth of cards processed we o my got 23.04 of our money! They absolutely mis sell their product, never tell you about all the fees and “contract” that you sign yourself into because after all you read all that in that 50 page fine print of terms and conditions that they want you to E sign and send right back in. I mean because it would be so hard to verbally relay that to the buyer, right? I am grateful that they have listened to my argument and decided to let me terminate my “contract” and close my account without having to pay the 495.00 early termination fee, since only having 1 month and have only used 1 time but it still doesn’t excuse the fact of how they misguide you into thinking one thing and it being totally the opposite! This does not even compare to the some of the rude customer service I had to endure during this whole month either! Absolutely horrible company and staff!

My business has not had a good experience with this company. Phone calls are run arounds all day. The staff they use dont handle accounts properly and customer service is not helpful at all. Take your business somewhere else. They have a defensive attacking attitude towards clients. Oh before you sign any contract thats $500 for early cancel and trust me you will want to cancel before your 3 years is up bc this is a shady company.,,,

Poor customer service. Didn’t thoroughly explain the fees and % taken from my pay. No one returned my phone calls. I spoke with the wrong department for a week. And I missed out on getting paid as a result of the inconsiderate timing on the companies part. I just received a phone call from them stating there was a fee to cancel if after 60 days... I informed them that I would not be charged due to the horrific experience which the “gentle”man then hung up on me. Horrible horrible horrible. I have switched companies and am now with Chase who has one flat % fee per transaction. Which is .09 more than EVO that I will gladly pay for better customer service.

I was a customer for 5 years. The last year has been a nightmare! I cancelled my account in June and here it is October 9 and I am currently on hold again trying to figure out why my account has not been cancelled and why I am still seeing charges ($50 monthly). EVO is only out for themselves and $$$. 2012-2015 were great, however I would never recommend EVO to anyone based upon the past 15 months with EVO. The nightmare, finger pointing to different departments/personnel, and inconsistency is not worth any business owners time, energy or effort. Please if you are looking for a merchant processor, go somewhere else.

In response to the company response to my review: October 9th, I spoke with Oswald who transferred me to Fallen who said a "senior" would call me back 45-60 mins. 24 hours later no call from a senior so I called back to speak with a gentleman who would not give me his name but contradicted the information Fallen and Oswald provided 24 hours prior. This gentleman said I could speak with senior Jackie which I was transferred to her voicemail. This is my exact point of finger-pointing, nobody assisting to resolve any issue. All I want is my account closed and not be charged the continuous fees since it is your technological error that has delayed the cancellation of my account. The total fees since June (and I have had no transaction since June) is upwards of $500. Again after 5 years you will never win me back. In stead of giving me a generic email to email my concerns, please provide me and other customers with a direct email or phone number to resolve issues.
