Had an excellent sales experience today with Dara (possibly Darla or Daria). She found me the origami racks I needed and I got to purchase them very quickly. She and a colleague also helped me get them into my car very quickly. Very sturdy and easy to put together. Excellent sales experience with Dara and a really great product as well. I'm going to look at the products that this company makes on their website that aren't in store. Highly encourage The Container Store to carry more products from this company.

Well, organized store of organization products. What would you expect?
The staff are exceptionally helpful and eager to help you find what you need for your home or storage situation. Special orders are not a problem if they do not have something in stock. We took advantage of the Elfa promotion, and 30% off Elfa products is a significant discount.
There’s plenty of free parking out front and it is safe and secure.
It’s easy to get carried away, so Shop with a list and bring your tape measure and know the sizes of where you’re organizing at home.

I shop here at this location. The items are pricey, right? So, I purchased a lot of items, I needed bags to carry out my items. The cashier acted nervous having a store manager watching over her bagging my purchases. As I was leaving, the store manager said California doesn't give out bags you have to bring your own. Hello! I don't live in California! If I knew this was an issue I would bring some. The manager said, for $5.00 I can purchase bigger bags to carry out my items.

Well, I can stop Amazon, Walmart, and Target, to get probably the same items I purchased from The Container Store without being scolded for using their bags. I have given this location a lot of my business, purchased at least 6 closet installations with products. This was the first time I was scolded for shopping there. I will carry my Publix "plastic bags" with me the next time I go back there, if I decide to go again. Drama over a bag!

The Container Store is good everywhere. Its staff is friendly and knowledgeable -- and always ready to help.

Now, a walk around The Container Store proves that it lives up to its name. There are containers for everything imaginable. There are racks and shelving for all things made. Hooks, clips, and other gadgets abound.

The Container Store at Perimeter (120 Perimeter Center W, suite 100, Atlanta, GA 30346) is easy on parking, and in the general area, traffic is decent. Inside the store, browsing is easy, with spacious rows and isles. Shop here, and notice how the space makes everything easy for the eye to see. -- JodyTucker | November 2, 2022

Very poor service when trying to spend money on a custom closet. No email, no follow up, and lack of accountability. Waited 20 minutes for someone to help on Sunday and while the sale rep was nice, was given a fast shake down of what to do in my closet. Made to feel like I had to choose quickly and even commit to purchase same day. Next day at 6:30 am placed a curbside pick up order that read delayed most of the day. Called the check and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes, got to the story and manager and two employees standing at the front socializing. When I said who I was, my order wasn’t ready and was made to wait longer to gather the order. This was at 5:40 pm they had the majority of their business hours to prepare. When I asked the manager about my experience she became defensive and cited that it’s the “holidays” and she had a “2 hour call” and couldn’t fulfill my needs. Its the middle of October, what holidays? Going to call Buckhead or Alpharetta store to see if they can accommodate better.

I think most people that choose the systems from The Container Store are going to love them. Then I think there is that small portion of people like myself that are just not so impressed once you see the finished project. Grant it we have not put our clothing back in yet because I am just trying to let it wear on me, but overall, I am not that impressed especially for the cost.

I will admit that part of my disdain has to do with the store’s mistake of giving us some of the wrong materials. Which required me to have to drive over to the store on Sunday to get the correct pieces so we could finish the project over the weekend.

My next issue happened the day before when my husband and son went to pick up the materials. I sent all the receipts and packet they gave me so they could provide proof in order to get the stuff. All my husband said was my name and they brought it out, helped them load it and he signed a signature and they left.

I am a bit surprised that you don’t have to scan something, bring something or have a designated person show proof. Honestly, I am not thinking the worst, but I am thinking of all the stores that require you to provide proof before leaving with your purchase. I asked the Operations Manager about this and she said they have never required that, and they do not because they have never had a problem with someone else taking anyone’s purchase. I said I hope that continues but you all would not have wanted me to be the first customer it happened to. Of course someone would have to know you have something to pick up and your name but people talk and I talked a lot over the past two (2) weeks about this closet system and for the cost – I want someone to make me show proof that I paid for it, that’s all.
