I have to praise security lady Destiny.I haven't met a kinder person in a long period of time.Very high level of professionalism,courtesy and attitude towards work.

Spoke to security and was told we can sleep on their driveway. Just park off the side of the LONG driveway near the stop sign. They will start taking receiving at 7am. I'll update once unloaded.
UPDATED: You can check in with guards but they will NOT let you in until 6:45-7am. They were quick to unload.

First of all no instructions at the gate. You are suppose to know what to do. Second the driveway is cluttered with parts, next the dockside an obstacles course to get to. My anxiety was at a 10.

I called for an order and needed to speak to someone and the lady just kept stating hat i am I'm calling Caterpiller. I kept telling her yes and she put me on hold never come back. I will take my business somewhere else. Such rude people here

Security ran by outside company allied universal. They treat drivers horribly at the gate. But when you get in the dock folks are way nicer.

Fast unloading. I spent the night at the gate. Google maps will tell you to turn on Rehoboth Rd. Don't do it. Go to the next red light and turn left. Once you see HK on your left, slow down because the Caterpillar truck entrance is right after on the left. PPE required
