This place is a joke . I had a 9am appointment per my broker and they just started unloading me at 11:35 this place claims my appointment was for 11: am and said Uber freight does the schedule and all drivers ahead of me complained they have been waiting since early morning . The forklift driver unloads trailers and feeds the line . Also there is no bathroom at all anywhere near this place and no overnight parking . I parked on the street and was fine. I will never come to this place again they think my trailer is a storage trailer and don’t care what time they unload you.

Every one was nice and friendly had a pickup on Monday morning showed up on Sunday and wasn't able to load early due to low staff but was seen at regular appointment and fast loading

Waited til the morning to get unloaded at a Wal-Mart, the guy told me he wished I would've came that night they would've went ahead and unloaded me. Very professional
