Twisted Tees was the perfect gem of a company to locate for the special orders I needed! Amazing customer service with almost instant return communication when I had additional questions. They created exactly what I wanted it to look like and even took the extra time in providing additional suggestions to create the perfect design for me! They have great pricing and quality products that have continued to look just as great as when they were first delivered! I have had several very large orders with this company. The communication is always great and the responses are always prompt. This company makes it easy to choose designs and T shirt styles. I have no complaints. Great prices too!

I ordered and paid for 15 shirts in October 2021. After approving the design, I didn't hear anything from the owner for months. I tried contacting via email, messenger, text, phone calls and in person visits to get an update on my order. I had to dispute the charge with paypal to get my money back.

Great customer service! We had koozies screenprinted for our wedding. Amber made sure we had good quality koozies that would last and were done perfectly even with my indecisiveness on the print. The colors matched our wedding colors perfectly!

We would like to give you an opportunity to correct our order, or refund the downpayment that we gave you on our $1200 order. We have made numerous unsucessful attempts to contact you after you took our $600 deposit. You will not answer the phone or messages. We will take the next steps if needed to get our money back.
