I have had repeated unspeakable encounters with this organization. Our face shields always arrive contaminated and downright filthy-druing a PANDEMIC! They have exorbitant shipping rates, so if you have your own shipping account, use that. Their accounting office, in particular Alexandra and others, is not being managed properly. They called me about an order that had successfully charged to my bank account, yet they indicated on multiple occasions that I still had a balance. I will not be doing any business with them moving forward. See the enclosed photo. These are face shields directly out of the shipping box. They do not even try to keep them clean, just in a box, floating around, arriving filthy to their customers.

It is horrible to have to do a Delivery at the end of the RECEIVE AND SHIPPING building. AT THE END OF BUILDING, .. you go with the Truck until the end then you have to reverse or U turn back, in front of the door to unload another U turn back because of the driver's left side. HORRIBLE BUIIDING FOR TRUCK DRIVERS .. ALL BUILDING ALWAYS SHIPPING AND RECEIVE IS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WAREHOUSE ..

They have several locations and I am not sure which one I dealt with but I doubt it matter. A company like this has good people everywhere. However, the one i got was SUPER. I ordered online but never received. The last scan on the UPS tracking showed Huntsville, Alabama as the last location. I tried to deal with UPS and they opened an investigation but never got back to me. I then called Professional Plastic and they IMMEDIATELY took care of my concern. They shipped me a replacement out of Atlanta, Georgia with next-day delivery and I got it the next day !!! Very well pleased. Absolutely a good company. TRUST THEM... I DO !! That was the very best one can expect
