Here on a Friday at 1030. 3rd in line at Building 10. Can confirm that they are slow loading, which is too bad.

As for this place being a potholed mud pit - GOOD NEWS! - Looks like the recently poured some concrete for a driveway to building 10.

Never again. Total chaos. Check in process is awful. Rude employees, been here over 5 hours and still don't have a door. Been told twice to go to different area for loading. It's not supposed to be this difficult people. Definitely going to be late for my delivery.

This is the worst place to pick up. After entering Gate 5 and checking in, turn right for the first loading. There you check in again, and after a long wait, loading starts on a first-come, first-served basis. After the 1st pick-up is over, go to Gate 2 for the 2nd pick-up. After checking in here, I park again, but all the trucks are mixed up, so it's very confusing. After the 2nd pick-up, you have to go back to Gate 5 to weigh and check-out again. Even if everything went smoothly, this process would take 5 hours. There are many unpaved roads here, so it looks like it will be very dirty on a rainy day.

arrived 1:20pm on a friday.. did not get called for a door until 1:17AM.. even after that, I did not get into a door until 7:45AM. departed 10:00am. 21 whole hours here. never ever again

If I could rate it zero stars I would. I arrived at this place at 10:45 in the morning. Didn’t receive a dock door until 3:00 and I didn’t get to leave until 3 hours later . It drained my clock coming here.

Avoid if you can...no type of structure when it comes to picking up a load here...no actual place to park and wait for your turn to be loaded, dirt pothole filled yard and SSSSLLLLOOOOWWWW with the loading process.
