Delivered coils here with a flatbed. This is the spot they had me:

I assume this is where flatbeds get loaded and unloaded. Check in was basically someone approached me as I was parking in the lot.

Quick unloading, space is kinda tight for split axle flatbeds.

Ordered parts online almost a month ago. No communication since than from the company. I sent out two emails and still no respond. I made a phone call yesterday and CSR is clue less and no idea about delivery date. They have a local rep and parts are in stock locally but they would not give you because I ordered online and made online payment. Worthless company - already made a huge investment installing Cleaver-Brooks boilers but defiantly no more dealing with Cleaver-Brooks.

The truck entry is from law street but shipping/receiving opens at 9 am. You can use the opposite site of the law street as overnight parking. (back up to the street and face towards the main entry of the plant)

Loader is knowledgeable and know what he doing.
