All I asked was from the brackets of my bumper to be cut and welded lower to accommodate the for gap from a body lift. The first pic is what I asked for versus what I received. They scratched up the paint on my truck and scratched my headlights. They made the bumper flush with the bottom of the hood after being fully aware of the hood being popped. I was told that it took 3 hours to do this hack job. I was also told that if I wanted better results that I should've done it myself since I've already done all the other work on the truck.

Everyone is an internet “expert” in the Jeep / off-roading / fabrication world. Mat at Undercover Fab Works is the real deal. His Knowledge, skill and real life experience is what separates UCF from the “experts” and other shops. If your wanting to upgrade that Jeep /rig or repair something that broke while wheeling do yourself a favor and Call UCF you will not be disappointed. After confirming through email, they had a part in stock and waiting for over a week. I canceled the order as they emailed me back and stated they were having manufacture issues and could not produce the part. It has been one month now and I still have not got my money back. THIS IS THEFT OF OVER $1,000 I paid. I have filed a fraud report with my credit card company, if they do not give me my money back, I will be filing a small claims lawsuit against them. They are horrible at returning emails and will not even answer my phone call stay away! Bad company I have all emails to back this up and prove it!

If I could give less than a 1 star I would.

This company has to be the WORST communicating company I have ever dealt with.

1) order placed on December 25th 2023
2) we received very poorly packaged doors with dents in them on January 10th, 2024 (See pictures)
3) we put the doors back in the box exactly as they were sent and UCF paid to ship them back to replace them We shipped the doors back on January 12th. The doors arrived back to UCF on January 16th.
I emailed UCF asking for an update on the expected shipping date on the replacement doors on January 17th. I emailed again on January 22nd requesting an update.
4) on January 23rd I called and left a pretty snarky voicemail stating that I expected an update and then my husband called and he answered and said I’ll ship you new doors. A label with UPS was created - apparently to give the false sense that he was preparing to ship the doors.
5) we called back on January 28th to ask when they were going to send the doors and no answer.
6) we called again on January 29th and received a voicemail that he would be out all week at King of the Hammers.
7) we called again several times on February 1-7, 2024.
8)We filed a dispute with the credit card company on February the 8th. And Mathew Walton sent an email on the 9th stating the doors were being shipped. I received the email after close of business on that day and I was unable to cancel the dispute. My plan was to cancel the dispute on February 12th during business hours with the credit card company
9) on February 10th I received a very nasty email accusing myself and my husband of trying to scam him. He threatened to file charges against us and had the UPS shipment rerouted to UCF. He stated I was trying to scam him. And he would process the dispute with the credit card company and that was it.

There was no scamming going on here. This business has no business being open and serving customers. Worst customer service I have ever seen.

Ordered a brush guard for Kubota l2501 Does not fit and months ago I ordered one for a TLB had to trim it to fix. Call 3 times will not return my phone call. They're a scam.

Don’t expect any type of communication or support from UCF. They don’t answer phones or reply to emails. My UCF bumpers arrived wrapped together in thin plastic, bent and damaged from subpar packaging. You should expect subpar fit and finish, the need to clean up sharp edges, gouged aluminum, misaligned mounting holes, and terrible fitment overall. I’ll make them work but certainly expected better.

I ordered some half doors for my 88 wrangler from these guys. I tell you what the quality of the doors were great. Their customer service reps were awesome, talked to them two times. Shipping was a little slow but understandable, they had to build them to order. I'd order more from them. The doors did not come with rails to attach soft top door seems only the holes for uprights. But hey I had some rails laying around. Anyway, I'll do business with these guys again. Great stuff!!
