pay my bill last week and one week later someone is at the door to turn off the electric and they add the service charge to it too no notice or email not living there but the bill is in the $300 range this is fraud

Definitely pleased with their quick reaction to get someone out to my house fast. That person being Corey he was willing to get the job done no matter what it took! He had a very great attitude as well! Definitely recommend the city of Elberton and Corey especially!

The people that work here are very nice. The late charges are terrible. Last month I called a day late to pay and they charged me $37. The date that the bill is due is always different. Sometimes the bill is due on the first, sometimes the second, sometimes the third and sometimes the fourth of the month. That throws me off. The service is good but the late fees are way too high!!

Quick and fast response. Nice staff. Pay your bills on time and you won't have any problems. A bit in the high side depending on where you live, but hey that's capitalism for you.

When I moved here a year ago from Clearwater Florida. They hv helped me w everything. The ladies are so sweet n nice. They have been so caring and helped w everything from Florida to here. If I could give zero stars, I would. They are crooks. They charged me $384 for 900 square feet with two people living in it. That's for gas, water and electric. I used to live in Athens with FIVE roommates and my GA power bill was NEVER this high. I am so over it. I say we lobby to get another power company in the city limits of Elberton !!

They take advantage of people with their prices, then rob people by tacking on $25 for a one day late fee. Sad that people take advantage of loyal customers & people during hard times.
