Every door on a back of a building is door 1 or 2. It's a joke. They tell you to take door 1 or 2, but don't say exactly which one. If u are a new driver make sure you know exactly where ubare going, since you can get stuck and no way out. Trailers are everywhere. Also if you get here to be unloaded during night time and there is no trucks, they will still take forever to unload. Some employees barely move. So sad for a bad management and structure of the facility,,,so confusing, maybe 7 diffrent unloading places with door 1 and 2

Great experience. Friendly ppl in the shipping office and guard shack.. im an Amazon relay carrier, FYI. Great ppl.. drop and hook in and out in 20 minutes

I think it depends on the product you're delivering.
We delivered Protein and we were told they 24/7 FCFS.
Arrived 11:30 AM, waited for them to get back from lunch, got a door at 12:20PM and was unloaded in 40 minutes.

Don’t ever come here!!! Got here at 4:30(early). Appointment at 7. They didn’t start on my trailer until 8:30. When I asked “what’s the point of an appointment” they replied “it’s an automated system”. Never will I come here again. Been here 6 hours and counting !!! This is ridiculous!!!

Did a straight through delivery, and was taken a day early, checked in 18.00; checked out 21.00; delivered -10F turkey, transfer load from another Purina facility. Friendly staff, just no bathrooms on site for the drivers nor a drivers lounge.

So in my experience here... is first time here and everything was more than OK.... for the first the guy for guard shack he's SOOO FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.... he gives me a map to do my job....then lady in shipping office she's attending the drivers so fast sooo idk why tooooo much negative comments.... so I asked a her for overnight parking and she's said YES...BUT u have to drop first your trl at the zone they assigned to you....then go bobtail to the shipping office and in front is the parking for bobtail and u can stay there....plenty space for bobtail...hope this helps y'all.... ALSO I shares the map so u can see that everything is fast and easy 🤟✌️💯

If you come here. You will be here for 10 hours! I've been here twice now. The first time was 8.5 hours to load. They told me the " system " went down, so I let it ride. Now, this time, I dropped the trailer at 1:45pm for a 2:00 appt. It's now midnight, and I'm still waiting on 2 pallets to be loaded! The girls in the shipping office could care less as they say, " You're dealing with a system," and that's why it takes so long to load. The system must be horrible, and they should think about a better way of doing things. Yes, they have " overnight " parking because you are going to be here " overnight " to get loaded. When you come to ask after waiting all day, the only solution they have for is, they can unload the trailer. I'm going to miss my appointment at Sam's because they took all day to load. You think they'd want to get the product to the end customer.

REMEMBER THIS, WITHOUT THESE TRUCKS THAT YOU DONT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT. YOU HAVE NO JOB!

The truck entrance is in the back ~ (signs would have been very helpful) artived at 3:40pm to get loaded left at 9:05pm ~ they broke the load bar on the truck ~ u bobtail in a waiting area and they will bring your trailer right to you ~
