Awful service the last six months, cans dumped in ditch or turned over from automatic claw, missed lots of pick ups so we cancelled. Now we have a can they won’t pick up. We have called every week for four weeks just to be told “we will get this week “ which hasn’t been the truth. Customer for at least ten years or more. Wish I would’ve changed sooner. So sad that customer service across the board is almost non existent anymore.

For the last month we have had to call on a weekly basis to get our trash picked up. A service we pay for, I have to remind them to do WEEKLY. We called Thursday (our typical trash day) when it was missed, again Friday, again Monday and wouldn’t you know it’s early Tuesday morning and they finally showed up. This company is a JOKE! Please do yourself a favor and find the county dump or absolutely any other company in this area to give your business too.

We have had services for several years. Every once in a while they have missed a pickup- Maybe one time every year, until last year. Last summer I had to call to ask why they did not pickup maybe twice; and they picked up very quickly after reporting. This spring and summer is a whole different saga. Schedule pickup for my area has been Thursday mornings since we began their services. I am now calling every Thursday afternoon, night, Friday morning and still no pickup. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED with their service. It is Monday afternoon and still no pickup with 95+ temperatures. Can you imagine the smell?
Angela and Lori have been very pleasant and professional with my complaints. Mike once called my cell on a Friday night around 6PM and left a message. Of course, when I returned he call they were closed for he weekend. No follow up has occurred from management.

I have this garbage pick up service in Hart Co and they've been great. I haven't had any problems at all with it.
There's a pick up schedule online that shows any holidays or changes for the time truck will run.
If I call and nobody answers someone always returns my call.

This companies personal persistently leaves emptied trash cans on edge and often across the white road line.
I was recently forced to either maintain my Lane and hit a just emptied trash can or cross the center line and hit a on coming truck. Easy choice there hu?
I contacted Waste Pro regarding the incident and if they would take responsibility but have gotten nothing but the run around.
I have called them on several occasions regarding my own trash can being left to close to the street without success. I'll be looking for a new service.

For a company so big To be so unorganized is ridiculous. I have had my trash missed every single week and have had the call to get it picked up. Received a bill for 3 months yesterday and randomly get my trash cans picked up this morning how does that make sense

Waste pro never picks up the phone and I am forced to leave a message and then they don't call back for days. Waste pro merged with a great Sanitation service "Tony's Sanitation" in Hartwell Ga and since Waste pro took over we never received notification that Waste pro is now servicing me and guess what my Trash was not picked up today as it was scheduled to be. I am very dissatisfied thus far and hope this service improves and soon!

We have to call about every other week they want show up. We put trash in can a went to Florida for three months when we returned trash still. It emptied. Called they picked up the next week then have missed two more in a row. Calling now.
