My husband and I purchased 2 couches and a recliners from this location 12/31/22 and had them delivered 1/6/23. They sent one delivery person and our brand new couches were damaged because of that. We purchased the 3 year protection plan but didn’t contact them until 2/1/24 because we honestly didn’t want to deal with the exact situation we are dealing with now.
In total these couches and recliner are around $4-$5k and all three pieces are broke. Either from the delivery or them just being poor quality in general. My husband called first and after a week and a half with no schedule to send someone out to assess/repair. I called on a Friday and someone was out the following Monday. It has been a month since and we have not heard anything back about scheduling the actual repair, since the guys needed to order several parts to repair our furniture I was fine waiting but after a month and a half of no communication I called again and talked to the credit manager and their explanation was “well it does take a long time” and then after I asked I was given another number to call… I received no answer.
One of my couches is going to literally snap in half and I’m stuck paying for the poor quality couches with no resolution in site since they also don’t take furniture back according to whoever my husband spoke with after they also told him that we had them for too long to be able to do anything bc we had them for 2 years (purchased in 2022 & we contacted them in 2024, which was idiotic anyway since that’s simply not how time works.
I’d love to edit this review with a positive spin but judging by the customer service I’ve already received I doubt I’ll be able to do so.

EDIT*** the number I was given to call did give me a call back, it was for the third party repair person & he was unable to offer any additional information because the parts that are needed are only able to be ordered by farmers themselves and then he will come install. I’m getting really annoyed that nobody seems to have any solutions for me but Farmers has no problems continuing to take my money every month.

I have bought 2 recliners, living room suit, 2 washing machines, lift chair, an a freezer. Dresser an a dresser drawer. An stove. I'm happy with what I bought. Never had any problems. Also bought 3 kids recliners an a few Christmas toys.
