Freeman installed our tank in July and within 6 months have had allot of settling of dirt and they wont honor there work so I’m left to foot the bill for removing the sod and bringing in fill dirt

Climatrol Air installed my new system last year and I always call them for servicing. Zach Henley came by today and fixed a clogged drain and things are working great again. He was polite and knowledgeable. I will certainly request him again

Excellent experience all around! The previous owner of our home had Heritage Gas, and we were NEVER able to get service from those losers. Every Freeman team member was prompt, courteous, and professional, and made sure that we had all our questions answered. The tech who installed our new tank yesterday was great and kindly placed the old Heritage tank on the other side of our yard for them to easily pick up. Thank you, Freeman!

Just switched to Freeman Gas in Ellijay and couldn’t be happier! Daniel and Gary installed a Rinnai tankless hot water heater in our cabin in my shop above the work bench, gained extra storage space where the old water heater was, and now have an endless supply of hot water. I was extremely impressed with just how knowledgeable, professional, and friendly the entire staff here in Ellijay were, looking forward to continued business in the future.

This company’s customer service is terrible. We were low on gas 38% so my husband called to ask for a delivery. A request was put in. Fast forward 5 days we are down to 2% gas so My husband calls again. It will take 5 to 7 BUSINESS days to get a delivery. For us we will be waiting 9 to 10 days because of the weekend. The gas company said they would check our gas each month which is a lie. If you run out of gas during the coldest part of the winter find your space heaters and get ready to eat from the microwave. Im really looking forward to our house stinking because when the tank is empty a rotten egg smell fills the house.
