Steve and Kristin Edwards had such a great Experience with Kelsie Bell and Al Romano from the start. Call in asking if the builder could meet us at the lot to go over the plans we talk to Kelsie about. She had the builders Caleb and Dustin Site prep person meet us at the lot three days later. Couldn’t believe how professional and on point they were. Caleb and Dustin met us at the lot. We all try to figure out the best layout of the house and garage to get the best view. They even stayed in the rain to finish laying out the house on the property to make sure it was properly set perfectly.. then we have the pleasure of meeting Blakely, Phillips, and Michele Hindsman the lead designers for Brown Haven homes. Blakley took us through ever Aspect of the design even moving walls All with a smile and it’s my pleasure. Such a great attitude, and it was a pleasure doing business with Blakely work tirelessly to get our project complete and within budget. Now we look forward to the build with Caleb and Dustin, who we hope to see a lot of over the next few months while building our home they have great ideas and look forward to working with the whole team. FAST build of our Nantahala floorplan!!!! (4 months) Project Manager worked with us to make certain the home was just as we wished. That includes the uninstallation of an expensive door that didn't meet the plan specs and placement of the breaker box to a more suitable area. And we never worried about changing prices...because of the fixed price! We are loving our new home! Thank you Brown Haven Homes!
