This place is wonderful! The lady working there was super helpful, knowledgeable, and very nice! The prices are great and have a large selection. They even sell live chickens, chicks, and roosters! Love this place!

The custome service of the woman that runs the place is absolutely unacceptable. My husband went into the store and tried to return an unopened bag of dog food. He also had a bag of opened alfalfa that did not look like alfalfa when we opened it. I can completely understand not taking it back as it was opened and that wasn’t an issue. Confirmation that is was alfalfa pellets was fine and there for no need to return it. The issue is with the dog food. The gentleman who has always been very nice said he would exchange it for something compatible, then the lady came over and in the rudest way possible told my husband she would not take the food back. Even if she couldnt resell it, she’s made way more off of us that the loss of that one bad of dog food and you wound think she would have gladly taken it back even if she couldn’t resell it. It was a bag of dog food for heavens sake. We have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at this feed store even though some of the items we can get cheaper at other stores, but we are loyal customers. I guarantee you we will not be going back and will find another place to get our feed from that respects and appreciates a weekly regular customers business. If she treats her customers that way, I can only imagine how she treats her employees.

She also tried to lie to me saying it was a state law that you can’t return feed. Totally unprofessional to straight up lie to a customer.

This is the first review I’ve ever had to leave in a negative way. I even called her after my husband left the store and she was the rudest person to me as well that I have ever in my life dealt with. Greed is no way to run a business.

Awesome! We're vacationing and they were super nice and helpful. Told us a lot about the area and things we could and may want to do. We'll definitely be coming back here to vacation and they'll be our first stop to pick up corn to feed the deer.
