This is my third review on this company.

The first call concerning this review was when our water went out. They sent a team out after business hours to address the issue. Turns our a break switch on the pump tripped. After resetting it I was told it might be due to a problem with the control box but it was worth a try.

The next week not only was there no water, the filter was clogged with an unbelievable amount of sludge and then water was sucked completely out of the tank. A team (Fabian and Austin) were sent out and it was determined the pump needed to be examined which required 660' of piping to be pulled. After the pump was exposed it turned out the pump's inner vanes had broken apart. There was a new pump in the truck so replacement was done without delay.

The work performed was meticulous and if I could give this company 10 stars I would. Cost of replacement was $4100.00 and I was offered a payment plan. Who does this?

This is my second review on this company.

Our pump controller went kaput and after calling Courtney (who was wonderful) less than two hours later Chris and Rob called and said they were on the way. Once again, superb customer care and service.

This company is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!

I won't waste time with fine details. We had a well stoppage. We got them out to our home the same day we called. Did I mention it was a Saturday?

Eddie spent two hours clearing our stoppage, making absolutely certain the water flow was to his satisfaction.

We are blessed with people like this in our town.

Called and left a voicemail at 8:27am on a Monday, had a call back from Corey at 8:34am, the dispatched crew called me at 9am to tell me they were on their way to check out our pump issue. Come to find out we needed a new pump and replaced wiring due to insufficient materials used on our original system. We had a new well and various parts replaced by 2pm that same afternoon. Cannot recommend Eddie and his guys enough. The gentleman Joe that we spoke to throughout the day was kind and patient with questions. Efficient guys and service, if you need anything done with your well call them, first! If you do have to wait which seems to be uncommon for them... They're worth the wait. Price was extremely fair in the end, as well!

Rarely do I have the opportunity to leave a really good review For a company that goes above and beyond. My water went out On Saturday morning and I put a call out to several people. They were the only ones that responded. They were here by early afternoon got us up and running and said we needed a temp replacement and they came today on a Sunday to get it done and finalize the work. Shannon is awesome. Great company great people!

In our experience, North GA Well & Drilling is a great family-owned company. Our well ended up being 972’ deep. They needed to hydro frack which lead to great flow compared to many of our neighbors. After changing the whole house filter after a couple months, the water tastes great!

Excellent service,my pump failed after hours, they still responded and showed up the next day ontime. Professional, and completed the installation at a fair price. Would definitely recommend, and will be using in the future.

Eddie Waters and his crew did a spectacular job for me. They came out the same day that I called them. They showed up when they said they were going to be there. Watching them work, it was obvious that they were working with my best interest in mind. They did a quality job while working to keep the expense at a minimum. These are honest people doing quality work at a fair price. I could not ask for more. Thank you!
