My name is chef Shirley Thompson I was wrongfully terminated by Kia, I followed all protocol procedures when It comes to kia employees, I worked and managed in Hyundai green food 3rd shift, me as well as my staff was disrespected by 1 Kia employee and 1 Malone employees, after my shift was completed I went to team relations and report them to kia employees, took their name down as I was told to do and file a statement. They didn't investigate, they didn't ask me to come in and have a sit down, my employees wasn't able to make statements on my behave or anything! I wasn't even notified by Kia or Hyundai green food that I was terminated. A friend of mine that works in security text me while I was at home to tell me I was terminated, that was so unprofessional for one. For two i have video of the incident and it showed no evidence of my wrong doing. However the 2 employee from kia gathered up some of their friend to write statements on me that was not accurate, for that I was terminated, from my understanding. I want to push the issue and am, I understand in the state of Georgia there are a no cause law. Where you can get terminated without cause. But this is a cause and a violation of my right! To defend myself with a proper investigation. I have all the proof I need to go forward with my lawsuit. Please be mindful how you treat people, God is not pleased, I wasn't going to say anything, but it has been to many time where I've let thing slide, not this time 💕 thank you respectfully submitted. Benjamin out of HR is the one who called the shots on terminating me.

I don’t right a lot of reviews however I am so upset and disappointed with my Kia Niro I felt I needed to inform others. I bought a Kia Niro EV vehicle and have never been so pissed off with the service or “customer support” (which should read NO customer support). The app is of no help. I set the app to charge my vehicle to 80% and every night it changes to only charge to 50%. So I can’t drive everywhere I need to. I have had problems with the 12 volt battery and had to pay the dealership $500 to replace the battery only to have it die again in less than 6 months. I normally would have changed it myself but I had to tow the vehicle to the dealership b/c I couldn’t get a jump start. So I had to have it towed twice. No acknowledgement or reimbursement on a battery that was under warranty.
Kia sucks. Do not go with this company. I now have a EV vehicle that I can’t charge for more than 130 miles when it states you can get over 250 miles per charge. I was told to update the navigation system (which I don’t see what has to do with the charge but I attempted to do it) and when I had to do the update on my own with no support from the “NO support center” I had to fork over another $30 for a memory stick which could not be accepted or read by the vehicle. So now I am told to buy a different memory stick that costs $50 to see if that works. How much money are they thinking I have to fix all the issues that Kia EV vehicles have. Hell I bought a Kia b/c they are cheaper and now I see why.
Don’t do what I did and buy a KIA, they won’t help, they will ask for more money and then expect you to fix their problems. I bought a new car to avoid issues and this has only been the worst decision in my life.
Learn from my mistakes and don’t trust “they are a better company than 4 years ago”. They still suck, they won’t help and they will be costing you money while you have your car.
Kia Sucks

I bought my wife a 2018 KIA Sorento SL in January 2018. Loaded! Wife and I are very happy with the car. Kept up the standard maintenance. Car never let us down. Everything is still tight. No rattling, runs smooth, exterior is still excellent. I think it's because it was made in Georgia so I'm so glad we supported USA workers. They made this 2018 perfect. THANK YOU GEORGIA WORKERS! JOB WELL DONE! 👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏😃😃😃
