Yes it is nice people. I arrived mid night I do ask to sleep but they give to me door to unloading. 15 min to unloaded

Delivering for this place is a nightmare, they gave an only receiving dock on which you need to back up since the very entrance, the only drivable area is sorrounded with cable spools blocking the way in, and to top it all, they also accommodate even more obstacles with the oversized garbage dumpster and other junk, the place needs to be reported to the fire department as a fire hazard area, if need be and there is an emergency, someone will die because there's no fast way out of this place, truckers, please avoid deliveries to this place, you've been warned!

I delivered large wooden spools.
Entrance 10 @ end of street.

1. BOL signed here
2. Park at gate
3. Go to security office, sign in.
4. Dock 12, interior dock.

My only complaint…required to turn off engine. F’n hot!
But unloaded in an hour.

If you have to dock in back of building after you check in with gard here is small room to do 360.turn around for back in dock . Unless. You have a good day for lucky.... Good luck guys be safe ..

OnSite Security staff is very good and polite. Their shipping/Receiving check in time is 8.00am- 3.30pm that they can only load you till 4.00pm.

This was too easy and much relief from my pickup for this load. Great signage/directions to point you in the right direction, friendly staff, easy docking, easy get-away. It’s Labor Day so prior to arrival I had tried calling the phone number on the BOL to see if they were in fact open on the holiday (as if that ever works) and didn’t get an answer. They were in fact working and I was in and out no problemo. Trucks stops in close proximity as well

They are 24 hrs receiver OFS thank you for this quick unloading. Their is 1 truck space to park before the gate.
