I could not be more pleased or more impressed with Southeastern Buildings. The quality of both the product and the service far surpassed expectations. I just took delivery of a large Ridgeline portable shed, and every phase of the process was exceptional.

The Purchase: Picture the easiest purchasing experience you can imagine for a large, expensive product with lots of customizations. This was easier than that. It was literally as simple as using the configurator, entering my details, and clicking send. I got a call the next day to review the order and confirm it, and SEB started building my shed. No hassle, no back-and-forth paperwork, just a quick conversation.

Delivery: Delivery was expected in about six weeks, and it was almost exactly six weeks to the day. It would have been spot on, but Georgia got hit by a Cat-2 hurricane, which delayed the delivery by a surprisingly short four days.

Installation: I was putting a largish building into a tight, awkwardly laid-out backyard. With their Mule, the installers pulled it right into place and set it within 1/8 inch of my stakes. They had it unloaded, placed, and leveled within an hour and were back on the road.

Product: I opted for the upgraded walls (16" centers) and floors (12" centers), also for the insulation wrap on the roof. I'd highly recommend both - without some kind of vapor barrier, a metal roof will condense and drip water inside the building. And with the stronger floor/walls combo, the building is solid as a rock - no shake, no shimmy, no flex whatsoever. The framing is professionally done, all the corners square and walls plumb. Siding is properly installed with correct fasteners. All told, I'm very pleased with the build quality.

Hands down best price for great construction. We shopped for weeks comparing prices and quality. The "competition" either was same price with really poor construction or over priced BY THOUSANDS with metal materials that limited interior options. This company is GREAT and even customized exterior to look like our home exterior with still the lowest price. Our delivery/ placement expert Richard was great and was very receptive to my request to change the angle of the placement to suit my OCD lol. Great job. Highly recommend. Thank you Richard.

I called about 8 weeks ago and ordered a 12x24 foot building through Renee, She was very helpful and told me it would take 8-9 weeks to get the building. They call me almost 2 weeks ago to tell me it was ready. I asked them to hold it until today, and they did. Richard delivered it today and was setting it up when Brian (one of the owners) showed up to see how it was going and to make sure I was happy. I love it to say the least. My thanks to everyone at SPB and mainly to Renee, Richard, and Brian.

I placed my order for a storage building online. The process to design your building was very easy to navigate. I waited about 2 weeks and finally called when I hadn’t heard anything. I ended up ordering even though I was irritated about the ball being dropped on my order. Took just shy of 6 weeks to build it. The delivery process was great. Richard worked with me to fit my schedule and made quick work of getting it in place. Very pleased with that part of the process.

We’ve been working with Southeastern Buildings to design our shed. It was delivered today, and we are very pleased with everything. Chris and Renee in the office were so easy to work with, and so helpful and patient. Richard delivered and installed our shed, and he was professional and polite. It’s amazing that he was able to do everything himself with minimal sod damage after all the rain we’ve had. We recommend Southeastern Buildings for all your shed needs.
