For many years, I worked with a local Lake Oconee homebuilder and Chris Wilson was always our "go to" man. He was known for top notch quality, service/customer care and reasonable pricing. Now, as a local REALTOR®, I have the pleasure of referring Chris' business to my clients as an honest, dependable and trustworthy trade contractor. The WBAC just finished installing a system for one of my clients and I received a phone call last night telling me how happy they were with the work WBAC completed. They were on time, they cleaned up, everything was done just right, the price was right, and my client is "tickled to death" with the quality and service he received. Been working with Chris Wilson and the entire WBAC Team for several years now based on a recommendation from a friend. They have been amazing to work with on every project and have hit the mark on all of my project needs. I had a surprise need late on a Friday night when I arrived at my lake on one of my older units and they were kind enough to get Brandon out that night and he quickly diagnosed my issue & resolved on the spot which was a huge relief as it was a hot evening. Definitely my go to place!

I originally contacted WBAC to fix my AC. Guy came out and told me the problem. Then everything went down hill. After 2 days of nothing, I called to try and get a quote and couldn't get ahold of anyway. 2 days later they finally called back with a quote. I told them to go ahead with it and then had to wait another 3 weeks before someone called to schedule the repair. In that time I got another company to come out and quote the same repair for about $500 less. WBAC doesn't really care about the customer because they should of realized the part was under warranty and could have quoted me less. I would not recommend them.

I can't recommend this company more. Called another company (Oconee Climate with 5 star rating) prior to this one and was extremely disappointed in there service and prices.

However, WBAC was on point. Air went out on July 3rd at 5pm with temps up to 100. Couldn't have been worse timing!! Every one in town and we were all misserable. WBAC came out and we needed new compressor. Billy (the tech) found a way to work around everything and get us cold air!! (Other company charged me over $200 just to look , and then wanted me to buy a whole new unit which they couldn't even install for 5 days until 4th week was over!!). What?!?! Thanks WBAC for putting yourself in our shoes and working until problem was solved!!!!!😃. Will recommend you all to EVERYONE

It is not often that I take the time to write a negative review of a company, however I had to make an exception this time due to the exceptionally poor service received. We first contacted this company in July about our unit not cooling as well as at had in the past. They came out and performed a diagnostic test and recharged the refrigerant and told us to check back in. It was apparent the next day that the problem was still not resolved, so we called to have them back out. Another tech came said he couldn't find the problem, so he had another guy come out with him the next day. This guy says that our thermal expansion valve is bad and that we needed a $700 repair. He assured me that this was the cause of our issue. I gave the ok on the repair and he told me that someone will follow up with me to schedule the appointment. A week goes by and I heard nothing. So I call and again I'm told that someone will follow up with me soon. This process repeats for A MONTH before we are finally able to get them to schedule a date. A month with NO communication from them while we are still dealing with a broken system during the hottest part of the summer. They do eventually come out and perform the "repair". Only, nothing actually changed. My system still wasn't cooling. The tech comes back out and takes a look and says he can't figure out why it still isn't cooling, but says he will have someone else call us and come out and take a look. That was the last we ever heard from them before getting a bill in the mail 2 months later. I then proceeded to negotiate the price on the bill due to the poor service and this process took another month. I can't tell you how many times I was told "we will call you back tomorrow," only to have to call back myself the next week. This company does not respect your time or your wallet and they apparently do not stand behind their work either. I would HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere for a reliable HVAC company.

Our a/c went out Friday, and after waiting for close to 24 hours for shumate to come out, we finally called Wilson Bryant and they were out at our house in 30 minutes. He fixed the issue and we finally have a/c we will be using WB from now on and I highly recommend them.
