Awful customer service! Called to cancel my account on Dec 3 gave the run around and had to talk to multiple people to cancel. Finally talked with someone that wanted to put my service on pause and charge $4.95 a month. I was moving a mobile unit and am building a permanent house. I told him I didn't want to pay for 6 months for nothing. He said he would check on that and return my call. He never called back, I assumed that my service was canceled. Paid a partial bill in December seemed to make sense. On January 21 called back when got billed again for a full month service. Talked to a lady that looked on my account saw the notes cancelled and told I would receive a refund. No refund called back today told my service was cancelled on January 21 and I had a 30 something dollar credit. I asked to speak to a manager, told our managers don't take calls. How convenient. Finally out of frustration even though I deserve the full month refund I said just send me the credit balance. Then I was told we don't refund any amount below the normally monthly charge, so I can't even get the refund that was due. Basically stealing. Do not use Zito. Follow up - I was contacted by a member of the Zito team told that I would receive a credit to make this right which I appreciated. That was the day after I posted this originally, guess what that has been 2 weeks ago and still no credit posted to my account.

It's a little challenging getting to a live person on the phone but once you do they are great. If not I would give 5 stars. The installer was super friendly and helpful. The service is good and fast - no issues streaming multiple devices.

A recent 5 day outage was handled very poorly by Zito. I can understand that outages happen, even 5 day long outages... but to hear NOTHING from the company proactively for the entire time is unprofessional and goes to show how the company feels about their customers. I will switch to starlink.

Our internet went out on Sunday 11/24 at 7pm. It's now Tuesday, the internet is still out. Zito has not reached out to us with email, phone call, or even web message with any public information on what is going on, and a time frame on when they can get thing fixed. This is terrible custom relations, leaving us the custom in the dark. We have an air-bnb and use the internet for tv. Their lack of communication puts us in a spot where we don't have answers for our renters. This is unexceptable.

From the time I made the call to, having it and up and running, was one day. 15 minutes after the tech arrived, i was on line..! That’s first class service in my book..!!!
Time will tell on reliability, but right now, I’m a happy camper.

Zito's high-speed fiber service is very good, reliable, and rarely has outages in my experience. Customer service is friendly and helpful. The only downside is that it is expensive—even with discounts—and they will not allow you to choose a "slower" speed (100Mbps is the minimum; WAY more than we need) in order to lower your bill.

I’ve never had a more reliable service. It’s fairly priced in my opinion and extremely fast compared to other providers I’ve used. I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and I rarely lose connection. The the 2 or 3 times it happened, it was back on so quickly that I wasn’t inconvenienced since other providers I’ve used have left me without service for weeks at a time.

I live in the middle of no-where, down a dirt road, and our power goes out at the thought of a storm. However, Zito fiber internet has been rock solid - fast, consistent, and reliable. I have my UPS setup for power outages and rarely have any downtimes. Customer service is great also - easy upgrades or downgrades of services as needed. Automated billing setup was a little weird, but CS walked me through it. Keep up the great service!
