Always pay my bill in person because of the unreliable mail service where I live. Maria & the other lady (I’m sorry I forgot her name) at the front window are so pleasant to deal with.

I don't understand how I get a 100 dollar disconnect fee when my water was never disconnected. The bill is paid every month, maybe a day or two late but the late fee is paid regardless, always before the 25th which is the disconnect date. Now we get a bill that says we didn't pay last month, but online statements shows that we did. It's so confusing.

No type of warning regarding disconnecting water. They don't believe in door knocking nor phone calls. Situation was very innocent. Simply the bill slipped between the cracks. When the opportunity arise they purposely screw you for a hundred bucks.... They are financial rapest!

Ridiculous company, would avoid them like the plague if I had a choice. Insist on backwards methods of payment and then bill you $100 for being a few days late on payment.

No emails, no phonecalls...

No wonder the place has terrible reviews.

These people at the place is very rude thay go up on your water bill for no reason at all I think somebody needs to look into it . It's crazy how I never even used my water but a month and now my bill is almost $400'00 dollers and then it keep going up really 🤨

Worst water company ever never seen a place not give u an ext on your water like the power company will no problem no warning of turning it off or even knocking on your door so you can pay it some people do forget things were not perfect oh yeah caint forget the 100 bucs the charge you for anything oh that's our disconnect fee when they never even turned it off so how you going to charge me that when my water is still on suck a scam wish I had a well
