Benn using Willow Oak for some time now and have been more than pleased with every facet of their services. From the timeliness to the responsiveness, they are first class. Will continue to use them for many year. Cannot recommend them more. In particular, Matt Fulton (owner) was recently very responsive to an emergency repair required at my property. Without his prompt attention to the issue, I could have experienced significant damage and incurred much expense.

Our contractor recommended Willow Oak to do the landscaping plans & installation as a part of our major renovation. Willow Oak guaranteed our plants for one year. They have not lived up to that guarantee. I have called Matt Fulton numerous times over (now) a couple of years. Once he came out, made a list of around 30 plants that should be replaced. He did not replace any of those plants. I would NEVER do business with this company. Their guarantee meant nothing. They have been only about delay & ignore. My rating would be 0 for this company.

Willow Oak did a total design and installation of drainage, irrigation, grass and plants. Plants have died and they have not replaced them. Drainage was never completed as needed. Additional drainage was needed but of course it was additional money. The irrigation has had leaks and now they will not repair them. I had them doing maintenance service but there price was 40% higher than others in the area. Now that I don’t have there service they will not even talk to me.

Willow Oak and Matt Fulton have done the landscaping and yard maintenance at my home for over 5 years. During that time, the Company has done a terrific job maintaining and enhancing both the landscaping and lawn at my property. I have had many projects completed by Willow Oak, including hardscapes, irrigation, sod, and planting. In every case, the quality has been outstanding and the service exemplary. We have been more than satisfied with Willow Oak. They did a great job with the installation of our landscape, irrigation, pump, lighting, etc. The few minor issues were quickly addressed in a very professional manor. The weekly maintenance has also been great value and quality. I highly recommend Willow Oak to my neighbors near Lake Oconee.

I hired Willow Oak to totally redo the landscaping around my house including adding some hardscapes and water features. From the start I was impressed with their customer service and the quality of their work. No issues throughout the whole process. Great company! I would highly recommend them!! Matt with Willow Oak gave us a quote well below a competitor on a total installation including irrigation on our new home at The Landing. No surprises on pricing when the job was finished.
